Education is the reflection of a high-quality growth and development. Human civilization has progressed as a result of innovation in education since the times past. It removes cover of ignorance, assists and help people in knowing them their basic and deep-seated rights. It plays a significant role in the life of every individual. In fact, people may become more positive and cultured if better educated. Secondly, education theater/play such a rudimentary role in the society that we cannot even dreams a life without it. We make use of our eyes in almost every action we perform, whether reading, watching television, writing a letter, driving a car, and in limitless other ways. Almost certainly most people would have the same opinion that sight is the most valuable and priceless of the five senses, and countless people fear visual impairment/blindness more than any other disability. Visual impairment is a condition in which an individual’s vision is deficient to such an extent that it considerably affects his/her working. There are four major categories of visually impaired children such as partially sighted, low vision, legally blind and totally blind. A partially sighted child is the child who has some complication in seeing and in overall impression, requires special assistance with learning. Low vision indicates a more serious problem, where reading at normal distances is not possible. Children with low vision have to use supportive tools to read and see in their environments. These physical defects are accountable for their inferiority complex in the society which is responsible for creating a number of conflicts and other psychological problems like neuroticism, low self-confidence, low aspiration, low achievement motivation and negative self-concept among all categories of physically challenged children. The neuroticism is one of the major psychological problems which are faced by these children. It is a basic personality trait in the study of psychology characterized by anxiety, fear, moodiness, worry, envy, frustration, jealousy, and loneliness. Individuals who score high on neuroticism are more prone than the average to experience such feelings as anxiety, anger, envy, guilt, and depressed mood. They respond more poorly to stressors, are more probable to interpret normal situations as threatening, and minor frustrations as hopelessly difficult. They are often self-conscious and shy, and they may have difficulty controlling urges and delaying gratification. Neuroticism is a prospective risk factor for most "common mental disorders", such as depression, phobia, panic disorder, other anxiety disorders.
