Introduction: Have you seen the movie Food Inc, How has your trip to the supermarket have been. Well my Journey of the Supermarket changed that day when I have seen this
Film Food Inc, It talks about how the ´food industry has been engineering our food and putting GMOs [genetically, modified, organisms ] in the product.Fun fact: most 90% of the grocery store is filled with corn or soybean ingredients ex-coke, batteries, cereals and etc. Have you been shocked now, Well you should be because what you're eating is going to you and you child and family. Today Iĺl be telling you how the view of the supermarket changed for me.
Body: The first thing I’ḿ curious about the viewing of the supermarket is the process of how itś made the machines the chemicals all that risks just to make one box of cereal.Growing Organic also has risks but itś safer and healthier.The people in the …show more content…

When our teacher said everything in a package is processed a bell rang in my mind I had a lot of questions but some weren't making sense.I thought packaging food is good because you can’t take a box of yogurt in your bare hands, But I was crazy about it the actual reason was to prevent the foods from getting rotten and overripe.
The foods you might be eating are coming from far away from Canada like bananas from S.A and cocoa beans from Africa and Spices from India.The food you get far away has been processed because it takes 3 days [maybe] to take it package it and make it to the store and sell it.The better way is to buy from local markets.The Food Industry has been bribing the government to stop the citizens from labeling GMOs so the Food industry has been victorious over time.The same is happening in Canada the people have been through eating this GMO food and protested labeling,If happens the companies will move to another country/state to do their
