From an early age, I have been able to learn the qualities that characterize leaders, entrepreneurs and successful people. I’ve seen how patience, perseverance, integrity, courage and the capacity for vision and decision become gradually shaped in the personality of one who starts out as a simple "creative" or "dreamer" and ends up as a leader from a country, a company or group. The key can be found in the effort put into achieve a proposed goal.

During my school and also University years, I was always attracted to being the leader of the project teams. Moreover, my classmates used to constantly select me as the leader of the group before starting a new assignment. Particularly, one of the skills that I have developed and which I consider is one of the reasons why my teammates felt confident and comfortable having me as a leader is the fluid communication I maintained with them.

Secondly, another dexterity I have is the power of motivating others and making them know that we can always 'push harder '. Nonetheless, I try to practice flexibility because I have learned that nothing comes out as planned. Equally important, experience has taught me to adapting to change since the only constant in life is change.

Additionally, another skill that I have developed thanks to good communication is to delegate the tasks correctly, which is something that must be done with conscience and respect.

Presently, I’ve been able to put in practice all these skills while adding a few more
