1) Critical reflection of Pedagogy, Behaviorism and Constructivism on the educational context.
Paradigms can be referred to a set of basic beliefs or custom that guides individuals on how they perform certain things and how they behave to a certain situation. A concept paradigm can also be the values that characterizes individuals on how they learn and understand a certain lesson and the capabilities to respond to that lesson being provided. In the basis of its vital role it plays in the school context is that it keeps teachers aware of their learner’s belief systems and they are capable of resolving learner’s matters because they know and differentiate between learner’s paradigms and philosophies, so it may be a simple process to deal with …show more content…

Another learner was eating in the classroom while the break time is over and the attention was not on the lesson so once the teacher saw that he then decided to call him and ask the cause, the learner responded sensitively that he was so hungry that he couldn’t even pay his full attention to the learning because for him to get that food he was eating he has to fetch water for the staff that lives at the cottage and since they comes from different milieu he then understand that he responded by saying that can he stops just up until the period is over. So by that conversation we can understand that the behaviorism was applied by both the teacher and the learner because after, the learners paid his attention. The are other techniques or methods to improve behaviorism in the classroom situation such as;
Positive techniques
 Smiling at learners after a response and make some correction if supposed.
 Praising the abilities and selecting them for special project to make them see that they are special and to enjoy their learning.
Negative techniques
 Punishing leaners can also be a negative method but also a positive depending on the attitudes and the background of them, in the school I observed my teaching practice learners were only disciplined by the principal and it worked a lot because they were all afraid of
