Training Evaluation Reaction: To gather trainees’ opinions, attitudes and perception of the training program I will distribute a course evaluation form at the end of the training day for each trainee to complete. The form will consist of questions that will be answered and rated using the following rating scale: 1. Strongly Disagree 2. Disagree 3. Neutral 4. Agree 5. Strongly agree Questions will include: 1. Observations – Senior leaders will observe managers during interviews to ensure managers are using their knowledge and skills learned from the training. The senior leader will rate if the manager has used the knowledge and/or skills and how often. That is, document what interview method was used was the manager well prepared for the interview, and did the questions meet legislative requirements. Observation will also be observed by the manager’s co-workers who have also completed the training since the “buddy system” is encouraged.
