- There is a need to add more strategies for the improvement of faculty such as, checking the faculty members during classes and see to it that they are performing well in the class. - In this action plan, presenter does not provide the dates because without dates it will impossible to achieve objectives of action plan. - Budget guideline is missed in this session plan therefore it is necessary to provide amount of money. Budget limit is essential to measure all things systematically. - Third strategy of this action plan need to more clear description because expected outcome is not relevant to objective. In future, I enhanced my explaining skills because I explained less in warm up activities. It is not clear to other facilitator. My session plan also lack of specific skills. Therefore, when I prepared next time I concentration on that area. Every professional planned need references in future I want to improve in my Overall, my colleague feedback is important for me to enhance my skills and knowledge for future development planning. SUMMARY This assessment enhances my skills and knowledge, which is beneficial for me in future career. This assessment help me to analysed myself about areas in which I developed my skills and knowledge. New skills are raised confidence level in life and it is essential for development. It deals with behavior and attitudes of learners. During preparing this assessment, my behavior and attitude changed a lot. I observed that while preparing this assessment I changed my attitude toward teamwork. In relation to attitude, it is important to have the right attitude and being able to adapt to changes easily.
