Although, it was hard but I believe that I can write better if I compared my old essay to news. The happiness of passing the IELTS exam, I have never forgotten this memory. This helped improve my essay a great deal, and I am glad that I listened to this advice. However, I could have integrated a quote into my essay in a more effective manner. Nevertheless, I am proud of how the paper turned out.
Another positive aspect of this book is the notes section and the preface. The extra note section allows further understanding of the writing and gives readers a chance to comprehend something they want to look deeper into. The numbers by the notes and sentences throughout the book allow easy access to link the two together. The preface gives the reader an idea of what they are about to learn and helps capture their interest. The preamble is also where the author first states her feelings and admiration toward Pocahontas.
While there are strengths to the storytelling, the script would benefit from more development in the areas of structure, pace, clarification, and character development, as well as professional presentation. The strength is the teaming of Janna and Trax. They share nice chemistry with each other. At the end, the audience is definitely rooting for the both of them. It’s nice too see how they evolve to

Throughout this ENG 101 class I believe I have consistently improved my writing by using a refined process of outlining what I want to write about, properly identifying my intended audience, and continually
The graded rubrics of my essays for modules one through four indicate that I was able to produce an essay with a clear purpose, coherent introduction, appropriate voice and tone, audience awareness, proper formatting, an understanding of the assignment, and an effective conclusion. The rubrics also proved that I am aware of how to create a strong topic sentence, and succeed in choosing an understandable and strategic order of paragraphs for each essay. At the start of this course I had trouble with applying my critical thinking and reading skills. In module two I was unable to fully develop my central idea, had no clear structure of support for my argument, and did not consistently establish my claims. In module three I was still struggling with applying these skills even though I improved by a letter grade.
Thinking about my writing in terms of what it lacked and how that affected the result, has made me a more conscious and intentional writer, which improved my writing process. In many ways it is important for me to indulge in the things that come naturally and comfortably such as brainstorming, freewriting, stream of consciousness writing, and skipping around the page. I still utilize stream of consciousness style writing when I first get a prompt. I appreciate the time and space it allows me to get my thoughts down which is a necessary part to productivity. Beginning on those grounds establishes a foundation from which I can grow my writing.
I say this because I have a very bad tendency to do this a lot. I feel like I have to let the reader know that I actually read the passage, and the way to do that is to restate the main information stated in the passage. However, after reading this passage, I have learned that there are ways to avoid this. Lastly, I find his examples very helpful. I was very unfamiliar with some of his guidelines until he explained them with examples.
In unit one we covered a lot of information that was new to me such as the introduction to the various layers of an OSI model and the different standards an ways networks can communicate such as Ethernets and ATM. I still have a fairly high level of confusion with these new-to-me topics but as it looks like we will be examining each layer in the subsequent units I believe my understanding will improve. I will address the questions presented on the learning journal assignment page directly as this has been the preference in my previous instructors. If you do not prefer this method in the future, let me know and I will just directly incorporate them in my write up. Charlotte has good time management as she was able to submit a draft, which benefited the final outcome of her Narrabeen Man report. She demonstrated the ability to gather key information from sources and develop her own explanations. Amy has shown enthusiasm towards history. 1. Of the three primary units we have completed in this course, I learned the most from the Rhetorical Analysis unit. As well as being educational, this unit was enjoyable and thought-provoking. Evaluating the argumentative essays both set a foundation for an argumentative paper and taught me how to effectively detect logical fallacies. Until this unit, I was unaware of the several logical fallacies that people use to argue their position.

The analysis of rhetorical situations could determine the outer or inner influences of the rhetors, the audience, and their particular constraints. Grant Davie supports his claims by using the earlier definitions of scholars and teachers as his foundation. He also addresses his own analysis drawn by life experienced discourses which it also helps the reader understand the causes of rhetorical situations.
