Part A Task 1) Expectations and self-love Even though I really liked most of the quotes, there was one that really appealed to me. The quote I liked the most was the one by Richard Feynman, because it was the one I agreed the most with. I think we 'd all be a lot happier if we stopped worrying about what others think we should accomplish and rather focus on what we ourselves want to do. When people have expectations for us we usually become a lot harder on ourselves and bring ourselves down for not succeeding at what others think we should succeed at. It brings us down a lot emotionally and mentally, even though we really shouldn 't care this much.
Change your focus and think about thinks that bring you pleasure. Not only will you feel better, often the solution to whatever is causing you stress will come to you because you have taken focus off it. What works for you? Everyone is different and what works to help you beat stress may not work for anyone else...and what works in one situation might not work in all situations. Take note...and write down...what feels good for you, what brought you a sense of relief.

I learned that everyone has his own path, mindset and limitations that doesn’t certainly have to be the same as everyone else, which clarifies why people sometimes act the way they do. Knowing that everyone’s wired differently, and could be categorized into the feelers, thinkers, left-brain or right-brain, made me a more understanding and accepting person, which I never thought I would be. It’s amusing how I’m now programmed to analyze everything around me and make sense of people’s actions. For example, yesterday I was going to get into an argument with one of my friends because we had different opinions on a certain topic. Before

To complete all of these negative aspects, it is a fact that I am a peculiar girl; I am extremely odd in my manner and ideas, even the way that I look sometimes. I tend to like some things that common people do not like, or I pay so much attention to things that do not matter to anyone, like the flame that is in the match and before it burns my fingers when I am holding it I always make a wish. However, being peculiar does not seem negative to me, it only means that you are really different and you tend to appreciate other
Before the behavior modification, I would produce some art, but not consistently. However, discovering the great benefits art productivity can do to one’s mental health motivated me to integrate this change into my daily routine. My goal was to reduce the amount of stress in my daily life. At first, I just wanted to draw impulsively without preparing a routine because I wanted to produce artwork rapidly to reduce my stress, but it was not as easy as I believed. In the beginning, it was challenging for me to produce any artwork that I felt satisfied with.
