One of the most unpleasant feelings a person can experience in life is being dissatisfied with their self. We are prone to notice negative features in other people; however, we rarely turn our eyes on ourselves to critically evaluate our behaviour or personal qualities. Yet if we do, we can notice many traits within ourselves we would not like to have. I myself try to stay tolerant towards the majority of my personal features, though simultaneously with my positive qualities I can be an irresponsible, impassive, downer. Time has taught me to live with these defaults and other negative qualities, but the trait I would enjoy getting rid of is my tendency to luxuriate in laziness, or in other words become a ‘couch potato’.
It is human nature to sometimes be inclined to lay down and be a couch potato from time to time, relaxing with no pressure on doing something or even studying for the end of year exams and just enjoying doing absolutely nothing but gradually become a part of the couch they lay on, imagining all the activities and DIYs they would like to do and achieve including all the goals they dreamt of reaching like those 5 pounds they wanted to lose 2 years ago until they gained nearly twice the weight. Missing out on all the experience they could get
