One of my first experiences with stress was in one of my first jobs as a software tester in 2001. This was during the post-2000 dot-com stock market crash. In my case, I feel that I have successfully accomplished my goal of lowering my stress and living a lifestyle that is better suited to me. Changing the environmental factors was key in significantly reducing my stress level.

During the ASMS International Science fair (ISF) I participated in an activity called Deppresurising app, with the aim to create an application that could reduce stress. In college, students experience a great deal of stress for the first time in their lives. In the past, they experienced little stresses that came with growing up, but now they experience stress from the real world and it can be overwhelming.
