I rarely exceeded the time limit. In the shorter class I also performed labs on a daily basis, but would have to stop in the middle of an experiment most days in order to catch my next class. The following day I would finish only after having to set up and take down my station all over again. If I would have had an extra fifteen minutes I could have finished the whole lab within one class period which would have helped to save valuable class time and resources, but with the limited availability of teaching time that was not

It’s already the second week of CS 1101 and I am super excited. This is actually the first course I have taken that is mandatory for my program. This week, I wanted to make sure that I stayed focus so that I can understand the materials correctly because it will be very important in my future. On Thursday evening after work, I started off by going through the Learning Guide as usual, and then reading the Introduction to Unit 2, just so I could get an idea as to what the rest of my week would be like. After going through the Learning Guide for Unit 2, there was a checklist at the end, so I was well aware of the task that I had to accomplish before the ending of the week.
That goes for make up quizzes, tests, and writing which is only after school once a week. Late work as every teacher says is no exceptions. Being at school could improve your focus and help you graduate High School. Following theses three simple topics is the key to passing in Mrs. Brackmann, with visualizing, and performing everyday. It gives a better understanding not just in English ll but in your other classes as well.
The first thing I would change is that I would add a visual anchor chart that detailed which students are partners with which students. I had issues today getting students to remember who was their partner and what partner (duck or goose) that they were. Additionally, I need more practice with time management with lessons. I was given 40 minutes for the lesson, and my lesson lasted an hour and thirty. It was very easy for me to get carried away with making sure I hit all the key points of the lesson, and I kept the kids much longer than their cognitive loads can endure.
Time management has been one of the most substantial hurdles of my scholastic and professional career. Many of us waste our time on things that are neither important nor necessary, instead of using that time for something of that is meaningful. To capitalize on the use of time management strategies and reach my Doctoral Business Administration (DBA) program goals. I will execute two specific time management strategies, for example, accessing and planning a weekly schedule while adjusting my daily schedule. Time management will help me maximize the use of my time and reach my ultimate DBA goals of completing each assignment.
I learned in this activity how crucial time management skills will be to my ability to complete this course successfully. The analysis from the questionnaire (Table 2) as well as keeping a record of what activities I focus on for a couple of days, opened my eyes to a few areas of improvement. From the patterns observed I could see that most of my time was taken up by work and commitments as well as procrastination. Not being able to juggle theses successful led to irritation and was unproductive. Research suggests that managing ones emotions, being self-aware and self-motivate can be factors for success for a student (Allan, 2009).
Throughout my early highschool years I struggled with math, many of my teachers didn’t stay the same, I changed who I called my friends, and I changed how I spend my free time during the winter. High School is tough. It’s nothing like middle school. During my Freshman year of highschool I had to take Algebra I. Algebra one started out as a review of stuff I learned in Junior High. Eventually though the year I couldn’t keep up with the work and I no longer understood what was being taught to me.
Having this issue, I got put into an “extra help” reading class. This class didn’t amuse me, it actually made my day worse every time I had to go. Having this class made me dislike reading even more. My high school experience was a long, frustrating learning experience. I didn’t know what to expect, or what I was getting myself into. Nobody gave me the tools to understand the main focus of each year. I am going to give you tips and advice on how to succeed in high school. I will discuss 9-12th grade along with what to expect each year.
