And below I will describe one of the situation that I happened few weeks ago , the place was happened at a restaurant , and that day I was having a re-union with my secondary school friends and my secondary school class teacher. The conflict styles of the first conflict situation, I am belongs to the Competing, I insist that we is not going to pay for the penalty. And the style of my classmate and the manager are compromising because the manager called his company and he finally find out a method that both of us can be accept. And the method he find was we do not have to pay the penalty that time. But we still have to pay next time. And the manager break the policy of his company. That suit the definition of compromising.
