Introduction
The Regency Plaza is a 96 condominium complex and 300 hotel rooms project. For which the Regency group contracted individuals to deal with the project and the project manager for condominium venture was Hodgkins. She has a considerable amount of inconvenience while the project is going on as it is moving towards a disaster because of the exceeding due dates and increasing budget. If the project has proper project definitions and risk management this would not have become as troubled as in current stage. Hodgkins additionally needed to take imperative choices about the project and it is seen that she doesn 't take the best choices each time.

Hodgkins was confronting the issue, it was the first issue, about the cutoff point of the condominiums. Farley prescribed to fabricate 72 units and KDS contended it to be 96.
