It is with great interest that I am submitting this letter for a position in the Summer Internship Program at the University of Tokyo, Kashiwa. I had been searching extensively to find a research internship program since last month, and I was delighted when I found that such a prestigious university is offering a research internship program. After thoroughly exploring my options, I have decided that, I am very interested in being a part of the Signal transduction laboratory of Department of Integrated Biosciences.
As I am a student of Pharmacy at North South University, I have learnt all aspects of life sciences- microbiology, medicinal chemistry, biotechnology and pharmacology to say the least. I was always interested in healthcare and wanted …show more content…

After we are successful in making a stable composition, we plan to move on to in vivo studies. My research project has been a learning experience for me. I have learnt and still am learning so much about the technicalities associated with formulating a dosage form from constituents of natural origin, maintaining a clean and safe workplace and also experience working in a group. One has to be very patient while working and not lose hope when the outcomes are not acceptable rather have the will to repeat the procedure to get satisfactory results. I have also taken part of a 5-day long campaign, (Earth Champion Programme) under BYEI (Bangladesh Youth Environmental Initiative) when I was in school, where 20 students, including me, were selected to be taught by teachers from countries like USA, India, Pakistan and Nepal. This experience has developed my leadership and communication skills drastically. I have also been applauded by many faculty members in our department for my scientific writing skills. I always try to be a great peer to my fellow mates and my respect for my teachers have made me a very likeable personality in my school as well as in my university. I believe one must have these qualities and I take pride in being able to possess these
