I am grateful to experience what it is like to have an extraordinary employer. Not many people can say they had the chance to work for someone who is not only a strong leader, but an exceptional mentor. I had the pleasure of working as a Residential Assistance for Mr. Joseph at Florida Memorial University for a year, and I could not have asked for a better experience. His dedication and passion for the students at Florida Memorial University was refreshing and uplifting. In Residential Life, our main focus was the residence’s housing experience; however, Mr. Joseph sincerely cared about each student’s wellbeing and success. No matter how much stress I had as a student and Residential Assistant, Mr. Joseph would always try to motivate me to

The care he received there was the best. Not only do the care for the patient, they care for the family too. I remember breaking down and crying in the Gateway Building.

In the article “The physician assistant: would the US model meet the needs of the NHS?” Linda Hutchinson, Tom Marks, and Mike Pittilo state that only the best qualities of the US physician assistant would help the NHS meet its needs and that the US program should not be directly modeled. The NHS could benefit from implementing more staff that is not specialized and that can work in any general practice. The United States went through a similar shortage of primary care workers and developed the physician assistant which could practice medicine under the supervision of a physician. Medical schools in the United Kingdom would be able to provide education and training for a physician assistant.

He also helped be learn things that I did not know about myself. He helped me with my resume and my cover letters for both graduate school and work. At first, I was hesitant to go to the career center because I had no idea what I was doing. But Joe really helped me and gave me good advice. I think all students should meet with a career counselor, especially in their senior year of undergraduate.

Re: Letter of Recommendation for Joshua Whiting To The RA Selection Committee: I write on behalf of Joshua Whiting’s application for a Resident Assistant position. I believe Josh to be an exemplary student-scholar as well as a person of tremendous character with significant leadership skills. I met Josh in my first semester of college in our biology class. We were both Biochemistry majors so we got to skip Biology 1 and therefore were both new to this new world of college but already in a group full of sophomores and students who had been in college for multiple semesters. Naturally we gravitated to each other due to this aspect we had in common.

The nursing home my instructor choose was Capitol Hill, a state funded nursing home. My first day was on a Thursday.
