Mr. Wilson Tan, a restaurant manager at Niu by Vikings at SM Aura. Tan is 45 years old who spent his childhood years growing up in Hong Kong. He is married and living together with his wife and children. He graduated at Adamson University with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. Ever since he was a little kid Tan dreamt of being a restaurant manager someday and he succeeded. During his time before heading to college, he was aspired to take any course that was under Engineering. Luckily, Computer Engineering was available, and was considered as the up to date course during Mr. Wilson 's time. Before, he wasn 't a hard learner but he realized what he was capable of doing. Wilson indicated that part of his journey was his achievement of handling more than ten thousand people banquet every weekend in his previous employment. He also established his own business. And he is currently handling the best buffet restaurant in the Philippines. If someone would ask his previous boss, he would say that he is truly a hardworking man. Mr. Wilson also joked that the best 3 descriptions of him is not being handsome, not good looking, but a hard worker. After every goal he succeeded he is still have that desire to achieve more and help his boss introduce new stores to customers. He truly loves his work it is where he earns his bread and butter. Mr. Wilson never stops from one accomplishment, he really strive for the best. After years of working, he felt an important impact in his life that you should know how to drive your people to work and how to aspire them to become better of themselves. Part of being a hard worker is to develop trainees to be in good shape for their company, whether or not they are suited to be part of their team. Mr. Wilson initiatively teach the basics, technical, and operational procedures to new employees, but when he observes that the trainee is not doing his job properly he won’t hesitate to remove them from the program. He is very particulate and strict when it comes to the industry
