1. What conclusions do you reach when you look at the descriptive statistics for the answers to each of the survey questions in the database (see Survey Responses attachment above)? The responses of the survey, show that most of the people surveyed are strongly agree that the menu was easy to read, and the order was prepared correctly. It also shows that people agree that employees were courteous and polite, restaurant was clean, and good value for price was paid. However, people neither agree or disagree that the food was tasty, and the overall satisfaction.
Captain 9’s Walking in to Captain 9’s in Germantown, Ohio, is an atmosphere everyone in the small town is familiar with. A nod from the teenage employees is about as much as you get when you walk through the front entrance. If you have ever been to Germantown, everyone knows the small pizza joint just next to the gas station, that you have gotten ice cream from after every basketball and soccer game since you were 6 years old. However, every restaurant has its flaws, and this hometown pizza place has many difficulties in all aspects. I grew up watching my parents own and operate their own restaurant so I’m very familiar with the food business.

I was just passing by the restaurant when I saw the amount that they were offering food at. I was hungry too. So I dropped by with my family and ordered the family meal. The quality of the food was too good and my family was just simply impressed.

Hey have you heard about this new style in fast food dining? You must try it, the concept is so amazing I don’t know why no one has done it before. I can’t go into any real detail about it, it’s apparently their corporate secret, but what I can say is this their food is so delicious I mean I don’t know what they put into it. But even the local wildlife stops in for a bite and you know that they can be some picky eaters. I mean I’ve see cute little mice, and some exotic cockroaches all enjoying the dining experience.
I was so relaxed and got to really enjoy my food and drink not only was the service exceptional but I am craving it as we speak and have told my friends already about it. As having experience in serving I was very impressed with the quality and professional service I was never stressed at any point of my visit. But because I did go during a week day around lunch time I never got to see them in a busier setting so I cant speak for dinner rush but I do suggest lunchtime a great time to go if you want to relax.
Afterwards, everyone sat in the dining hall as we celebrated. The aroma of the food was pleasant to my nose, but my stomach disagreed. Something bad was brewing and I couldn 't quite place it. I picked at the food presented before me. I stared off into space as I started noticing every single detail in the boards of the tables.
Though my manner of eating these large wings was very "interactive", I did not find my face or hands to be excessively greasy, which was very nice. Although this was listed in the Appetizer area of the menu, the serving size (in addition to the size of the wings) could easily be a main course for those who don't desire a huge dish. Shrimp and Grits She Said: Whoa! I think this may be my favorite dish. At some point of reading the description I completely ignored "andouille gravy" and was so suprised at the andouille forward flavor when tasting the sauce.
Unfortunately, the main course couldn’t continue the momentum that the chips and salsa along with the chicken taquitos had set forward. When a customer visits a restaurant they typically are there for the main course and expecting a dish that is very well prepared. The main dish is the centerpiece of the visit and therefore should be the thing that a customer should look at as the top priority of satisfying themselves on a visit to a restaurant, this satisfaction was not met. The main course with some altercations has the potential to be great. The experience at Mango’s is one that will bring a smile to your face and likely your taste buds, however, it is not perfect and has that one major flaw.
In showing gratitude of the employee's provided good customer service; reguardless of her attitude, how little knowlege the server had about the menu she was presenting or how accomadating she was to the diner. The server was left a wealthy tiporl percentage amount, althought the servers performance was the true definition of "poor customer service". Despite the lack of favorable and exceptionl customer service skills that the server had and the much needed mindset to actually provide what all must assume is actually good customer service" ; the server was still fortunate enough to recive such a wealthy tip but still wasn't educated on how to perform better. The environment is friendly and extremely energetic. The appearance of Teas Roadhouse allows customers to feel as if they’re in the wild west. Although Texas Roadhouse, is a higher end restaurant, the wood appearance that makes up the majority of the restaurant gives it a much laid back and casual look.Throughout
Even the food could have tasted better if one person would went at a different friend than we would have, ergo people could argue with my statement and say that Tumbleweed was not the worst restaurant they 've ever been too. Being the worst restaurant experience I have ever encountered I have not gone back and have no intentions on going back to Tumbleweed in Seymour, Indiana. When going to a restaurant there are certain things you would expect, such as friendly faces, a clean space, and good food. One person should not assume this is what to get when you dine at this place. My friends and I had to even stop at a Taco Bell nearby because we could not eat the food from Tumbleweed and we were still starving.
Chipotle is one of the restaurants that I would always go when I am having a hard time making a decision of restaurant because the menu is simple and the food is ready for the customers already. Though there is always a huge waiting line in Chipotle, but the line moves pretty fast. The employees are well trained and very efficient, so the customers do not need to wait for a long time when they are ordering their food. I have noticed that sometimes people includes me do not know what kind of food they or I should get, so I highly suggest them to ask the employees because they are good at giving suggestions. The reason why I believe that is because I have done it, and the ending turn out pretty good.
Once a person enters Buffalo Wild Wings, he will notice the open floor plan with very few walls blocking the tables. This type of floor plan creates a feeling of being free and not confined. It also has a very large dining area so you do not feel trapped or closed in. This makes a person feel relaxed and not all tensed up. Another factor that plays into the atmosphere is the friendly waiters.
It’s a small kitchen, but we do have a little dining nook where we sit to eat dinner. I’m getting so tired of looking at the blank walls! Because Loving Husband is the main chef in the house, I don’t want to go with decor that is too feminine. We’ve been planning on replacing our cookware with something green or gray (in color), but I still love the vintage white look. I didn’t know what to do for a color scheme because sometimes I come across objects for the kitchen that only come in one or two colors and none of them are green or white… so I needed an idea that could accept a rainbow of possibilities if worst came to worst.
