i. La Curacion de los Hechizados
In the time when the Noli Me Tangere was translated to tagalog by Rizal’s brother, Paciano, and got lost in a lakeside in Los Baños, in Dapitan, it was said that Rizal wrote a treatise on folk beliefs about the “mangkukulam” or “witches”. It was titled as “La Curacion de los Hechizados” or “The Curse of the Bewitched”.
