On 07/12/15 at approximately 0158 hours, I, Officer Artaz conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of Stafford Lane. This location is in the City of Delta, County of Delta and the State of Colorado.
I was sitting in the parking lot of Safe Way on the west side of the building. I was doing traffic enforcement at the intersection of Valley View Drive and Safe Way parking lot. I observed a bronz 1993 Cheverolet van leave the parking lot of Throttle and Spur Bar. The van headed east on Valley View Drive and fialed to stop at the stop sign, entering the parking lot of Safe Way. As the van passed me I pulled in behind it, and ran Colorado license plate 374VQG.

There is land scaping to the right of the road, and I observed the van almost drive over the curb and into the land scaping. The van hit the curb and stopped for a moment, befoure pulling back into the lane of traffic. The van stopped at the stop sign that exits onto Stafford Lane.
At this point I conducted a traffic stop and the van pulled onto Stafford Lane and pulled over to the right side of the road. I called for a cover car, and contacted the driver of the van.
I idnetified the driver as George Lynette (DOB 03/11/52). george admitted he had just left the bar and had a drink. I asked George if he would be willing to do some voluntary road siad manuevers. George advised he would. George did not complete the road sides as a sober person would have.
I asked George if he would be willing to give a breath sample into a potable breath tester, and he advised he would. The test results were .124 BAC.
George was placed in hancuffs, which were checked for proper fit and double locked. I placed George in the prisoner compartment of my patrol vehicle, and advised George of his three options of breath, blodd or refusal. George advised he would do a breath

RELATED CASES: None SUPPORT DOCUMENTS: None On 01/21/2016, Daniel Ruther contacted the Pasco Sheriff`s Office by telephone to report a Petit Theft. Mr. Ruther advised between 1600 and 1700 hours on 01/20/2016, an unknown suspect stole the tag off of his flatbed trailer while is was stopped in traffic at the noted intersection. He said he did not see who ripped the tag off of the trailer, but he felt his truck shake while he was sitting in it.
The charges stem from a March 19 traffic stop near the intersection of County Roads 160 and 77, where a deputy observed a driver failing to yield from a stop sign and then execute a U-turn in the middle of County Road 77, according to Chief Deputy Richard Haun. Approached by a deputy, Lanning opened the vehicle’s glove box to retrieve the registration, at which time the officer observed a .45-caliber in the compartment, said Haun.
S/S Folwaczny contacted Non- Emergency 911 concerning two black sedans parked on the premises in front of OPS 1 at 12490 Sunrise Valley Drive. S/S Folwaczny spoke to Dispatch Operator Dang concerning the vehicles, After running the VIN number, D/O Dang was able to confirm that the vehicles were not stolen and that any further action pertaining to the vehicles would have to take place Sprint Security.
On 01/23/2016, at approximately 1428 hours, your affiant was on routine patrol travelling north on State Route 924 (North Main Street). Your affiant observed a black Subaru station wagon travelling south on State Route 924 approaching a steady red traffic signal located at the intersection of Main and Coal Streets. The operator of the Subaru continued through the intersection and travelled through the steady red light. Your affiant activated the emergency lights and conducted a vehicle stop on the unit block of North Main Street. Your affiant approached the operator and requested his license and vehicle information.
Facts: Rudy Stanko was driving on the Montana State Highway 200 when he was pulled over by Officer Kenneth Breidenbach, a member of the Montana Highway Patrol. Stanko had been driving his vehicle at a steady 85 miles per hour at a location that was “narrow, had no shoulders, and was broken up by an occasional frost heave.” This location also included curves and hills which obscured vision of the roadway head. The actual roadway held no other drivers at this time during the day. Stanko had been driving his new 1996 Chevrolet Camaro, with brakes, tires, and a steering wheel that were all in perfect operating conditions.
P.O. Carlus Ingram and P.P.O Harris responded to Interstate 70 Westbound exit ramp at Salisbury Street for a call for a “Department Accident.” After responding they were advised by Driver 2 that he was stationary on Interstate 70 westbound at Walnut Street relative to a call for construction debris on the highway. Driver 1 was traveling westbound on Interstate 70 approaching the rear of Driver 2 patrol vehicle. The defendant of Whistler argued that he never drove the vehicle, however the court found the fact that he took an action towards operating the vehicle by putting it in drive as sufficient for finding that the defendant was operating the vehicle. Spears, similarly to Wilson, also put the car in gear and it may be inferred that Spears action was towards operating the vehicle and that if he did not fall asleep and was not wedged against the mailbox that he would have driven the vehicle. Further, in Morris, the court found that a defendant could not be found to “operate” a vehicle just because the car was running. In order for a car to be considered “operating” the defendant has to engage the transmission or show evidence of manipulating the controls of the vehicle to show an action sufficient for finding that the defendant was “operating” the vehicle.
The purpose of this report is to document the arrest of Rigoberto Garcia-Martinez (M/H DOB 08/03/85) for, driving under the influence, driving with a BAC of .08 or more, driving a vehicle with unsafe equipment and operating an uninsured vehicle. I (Trooper Castillo #6570) was on patrol at 06:30 a.m. on 05/08/2016 when I observed a Blue Chevy Cobalt with front end damage a leaking fluids traveling southbound on I55 just before the Pulaski exit. I initiated an investigative traffic stop on the blue Chevy Cobalt.
While on patrol, I was checking Pleasant Hill Primitive Baptist Church on Needmore Road and observed a burgundy Tahoe sitting stationary, close to the woodline of the church. I exited my patrol car and approached the driver side of the Tahoe. I quickly recognized the driver as William Anthony Thomas, who has a felony warrant with our agency. Thomas was then detained until further investigation. Thomas name was ran through dispatch and they advised that he had a felony warrant for DUI-Felony.
On 12/09/2015, at approximately 1518 hours, this Officer received a call via radio and directed to Main and Lloyd Street for a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle. This officer and Officer Brown responded to the scene. When Officers arrived on scene I observed a 93 year old female lying in the middle of Main Street (State Route 924). The female was later identified as Agnes E. Ferguson (DOB: 7/24/22) who resides at 37 West Coal Street Shenandoah, PA 17976. A silver Subaru was stationary in the northbound lane of Main Street (SR 924) near Agnes.
On 04/19/16 at approximately 9:22 AM, Tpr. Mike Harris stopped a white Chevrolet Malibu (Michigan Tag # DES4556) traveling westbound on I-10 at the 4 mile marker, for following too close. Tpr. Harris made a passenger side approach to the vehicle, and asked the driver for his driver’s license and vehicle registration.
On 04/23/16 I contacted Andrew Jepko at Pinching Pennies in reference to a theft of property call. Mr. Jepko said on this date at around 1230 hours a white male, white female and mixed juvenile male entered the store and browsed around for a while. Mr. Jepko said the party exited the store and the group stood outside the business for a short period and then the female reentered, expressing interest in a set of tires he was selling; which were stacked in front of the business. Mr. Jepko said the female exited the business again and when she did her male companion put two of the tires in the back seat of their vehicle with the juvenile male and then the three drove away. Supplemental Narrative: On 09/24/15 at approximately 1350 hours, I, Officer Artaz along with Officer Reece responded to 311 Dodge Street apartment 7 to assist Deputy Sparks and Deputy Buffington with executing a felony warrant. The wanted person was identified as Gerald McNeil (DOB 03/26/82). Upon arrival, Officer Reece and I escorted Deputy Sparks to Gerald's apartment. Deputy Sparks knocked on the door and a short time later Gerald answered the door. Deputy Sparks asked Gerald to step out into the hallway, so they could talk.
An introduction to highway building: Although there are many methods to constructing a road, all are based on the principle that geographical objects are removed and replaced with harder and more wear-resistant materials. The pre-existing rock and earth is removed by digging or explosions. Tunnels, embankments and bridge are then added when necessary. The material that the road is being constructed from is then laid by various pieces of equipment, which will be looked at in greater detail in this assignment. The construction management of roads has become increasingly more difficult as larger structures are constantly being required in increasingly short amounts of time.
