The first part provides how educational attainment is a powerful predictor of well-being. And the second mentions what a business owner should know and understand the strategies to grow their business. The importance of schooling and educational attainment is increasingly being recognized as a factor which enhances labor market flexibility and facilities structural adjustment, as well as one which improves the adaptability of societies at large to the social, cultural and technological demands. Education opens many doors for entrepreneurs, in doing so, it breeds success. Acquiring more education and or learning new skills provides opportunities for professional advancement (Gartner & Liao, 2007). The task of classifying educational attainment needs to strike a balance. A business should never be left unattended. Being hands-on to a business demonstrates a person who is passionate and driven in reaching his goals. Also, time must be given wisely. In addition, they will be very careful about doing something in an extremely accurate and exact way. A business owner will never be afraid to do the small task. Education is a life-long requirement, becoming a necessity in the development and maintenance of a successful business enterprise (Roth, 1996).
The second strategy points out that a business owner who completed higher levels of education is competitive. Being competitive shows that an individual has a strong desire to be best at something. Gaining lots of knowledge about their business drives them to be more passionate in what they are doing. Seeing that other business owner is better at what they do, they will be encouraged to be as good as or better than others. As a result, a business owner will be able to compete successfully with others. An educated business owner is competitive in a way of not hurting
