Based on that, it is necessary for human Resource Management (HRM) to be extensive, high in quality, quick, adaptable and in accordance with approaching patterns of global trends on the grounds that it is one of the parameters of success in business and gaining competitive advantage. Utilization of Information and Communication Technology turns into a basic factor for HRM, and other activities and department in an organization.
