INTRODUCTION. Leadership in Islam is based on the concept of the Caliphate which every human being is responsible leaders lead himself, family and members below it. In the passage of the Qur'an and the Hadith shows about who the leader, duties, responsibilities, and also on the properties and behaviours that must be owned by a leader. Allah says in the Surah Al-Baqarah: 30
