INTRODUCTION. Leadership in Islam is based on the concept of the Caliphate which every human being is responsible leaders lead himself, family and members below it. In the passage of the Qur'an and the Hadith shows about who the leader, duties, responsibilities, and also on the properties and behaviours that must be owned by a leader. Allah says in the Surah Al-Baqarah: 30
And (remember) when your Lord said to the angels; "verily I am creating a caliphate in the earth." They ask (about the wisdom of God's ordinances By saying): "Are you (O Allah) about to place therein one who will make mischief therein and shed the blood (have fought each other), whereas we always exalt with praises and sanctify You?". God said: "I know what you do not know"

Therefore, each leader should have a vision and mission for the benefit of all parties. All the planning is done carefully, intelligent, flexible, and constructive and understands. Imam al-Ghazali once said:
"Do not be a leader preoccupied with matters of worship (worship Sunnah), while the people are waiting at the front door of the house to ask for help from her because fulfill the wishes of the Muslims is more important than the Sunnah of worship." One day Umar bin Abdul Aziz was busy taking care of the people until the time of the afternoon. After dhuhr prayers, Umar enters the room to relax after a tired manages his people than her son came into the room and said:
O father, how of example father is now dead? While on the outside there are still many people who are waiting for help from the father? Then Umar bin Abdul Aziz said: “True to your word, my son," then he wakes up and went directly to its
KAILI HONG PER.3 THE ISLAMIC EXPANSION The early Islamic empire expanded in a couple of ways. One of the ways was the war. I found this evidence in document A where it says that the Muslims to fight gathered together to fight the Greeks. The Greeks would tie each others foots to each other so none of them would escape during the war.
The Islamic Empire was huge, large, and untied. The early Islamic empire expanded by fiercely attacking and conquering other lands, as well as uniting them. To start off, In Document A (which is reliable because it happens to be written by Muslim historian Ahmad al-Biladuri in the 800s) it talks about how they killed 70,000 people. Even girls helped in creating a bloodbath which shows how fierce and strong they were on a battlefield and how they easily took more lands.
The crusades were a huge thing in the medieval times. They lasted for hundreds of years and people believed it was their religious duty to fight, because they thought it would please God. They were also promised access to heaven, by the pope. The crusades involved three main religions Christianity, Judaism and Islam. I believe that the muslims were more to blame for the crusades, because they posed the first threat, and because they killed and sold many into slavery.
Islam started in Mecca during the time of the powerful prophet Muhammad. Through military conquest, trade, and pilgrimages, Arab Muslims forces gained vast territories over time. Muslims inherited countless costumes from Greece, Rome, and India. Also they would adopted new advances in mathematics, astronomy and Muslims. This includes Greece, Rome, and India.
The Islamic religion was created by the prophet Muhammad and his revelations from Allah. He gained many followers because his teachings appealed to many different people. Islam continued to grow throughout many regions, uniting people and cultures. Because their geography was set in the midst of Eurasia, it gave them the ability conquer and spread ideas quickly. Muslims had a large tolerance of other cultures and they were able to advance scholarship to the highest level of that time.
During the 600’s, Islam began to spread fast throughout the region, but they’re many reasons why Islam is still around today and has been successful in gaining followers since then. But why did it spread so fast? It could be because of the followers Muhammad had, and the routes that Islam traveled on that it became the phenomenon that it is today. Why is it a well known religion today? The devoted followers are the base of the answer.
Islam is a religion, so how do you think it came about. Well because of trade, military conquest, and political order. All of these subjects are why Islam spread so quickly. In document A, the passage was talking about trade. During 570, in the Middle East Islam spread so quickly through trade.
After the classical period the Islamic civilization showed an advancement in a variety of different aspects of their culture. They adopted a lot of it from earlier civilizations but had had a massive contribution on their part. The effect of this is that the Muslim culture and intellectual ideas were very long lasting. The achievements of the Islamic empires contributed to the development of their Golden Age.
Leadership is the ability to guide or influence others with an objective of achieving a desired outcome. It involves influencing beliefs, opinions, values, perceptions, or behaviors of an individual or a group, and it is an amalgamation of inherent personality traits, learned skills, and it is a response to situational stimuli. I believe that, at any particular moment, where two or more individuals are interacting, one of them will emerge as the leader the other(s). To me, this means leadership role is fluid, and it changes as situational stimuli changes. For instance, during interpersonal interaction involving two individual, the leadership role has potential to shift from one individual to the other, as the situational stimuli changes.
Leadership is an innovative process that aligns professionals with a goal, objective or vision statement. Leadership is defined as emerging and supporting a vision for instructing by learning and communicating a visional statement effectively. Leadership exemplifies the art of leading others to deliberately create a result. In leadership, leaders display themselves as a guiding tool for others in this case for teachers. In leadership, it is important that leaders coordinate the effective management of resources, namely time, material and people, to ensure that they are conveying an effective teaching and learning environment.
In other words, leadership demands the ability to modify plans and adapt new strategies based on conditions and circumstances. To be successful, a leader must be capable of fitting in and adapting to a plethora of different groups and situations while never losing vision of the objectives and purpose of their appointment. Martin Luther King was flexible. Once he said that: “When you are right you cannot be too radical; when you are wrong you cannot be too conservative.” All things considered, the future leaders should learn from his example because he created himself.
There are many different views and perceptions on leadership and what it exactly means. This is because there are many different types of leaders and many different views on them. But the basic meaning of leadership is an individual who can select the right group of followers and influence them through their distinct gifts, abilities, skills and knowledge. A leader focuses on the follower and puts out a roadmap to the overall mission and vision; hereby the follower is influenced to willingly and enthusiastically in achieving the mission and vision. The leader achieves this influence by humbly delivering a visionary perception of the future in clear terms that resonates with the follower in terms of their believes and values.
