Lord Capulet is responsible for the Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet, five dead and his own family in pieces. He is selfish throughout the play and only does what he thinks is best for his family instead of what would actually benefit those around him.

Have you ever wondered how life was like when schools were only for the privilege and Kings still ruled over cities. Well Romeo and Juliet tells of just that. In the story a man and a woman meet and instantly fall in love, but both of their families are in a fued which causes plenty of bloodshed and ultimately the death of the two lovers, now the question is who is to blame for the blood loss and tears shed for them?

In the play Romeo & Juliet, we meet the Capulets and the Montagues. The Capulets and the Montagues were rival families that lived in Verona, Italy. Within those families, there were two children named Romeo and Juliet. Romeo and Juliet were star-crossed lovers that tragically died. There are many characters that can be blamed for their death. For example, the nurse, who served as the enabler of their relationship. Another character that can be blamed is Lord Capulet, who attempted to force Juliet into a relationship that she did not want to be part of. In Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare, one of the many questions asked is who is most responsible for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet. Personally I believe that the deaths cannot just be placed on one person. First off Mercutio can be at blame for the introduction of Juliet in to Romeo's Life. Secondly Romeo and Juliet are responsible for their own deaths because of there irrational decisions. Finally Friar Lawrence is responsible for all the secrets he kept from the families. All three place an important role in the deaths of Romeo and Juliet.

Any sacrifice made should be thought out carefully and should have all the consequences weighed out. In Romeo and Juliet, almost every character has been met with the decision of making a sacrifice. People take responsibility for the things that they have done and the reasons for taking responsibilities are varied, but sometimes they are critical. Benvolio, the nephew of Montague, should take the responsibility for the unfortunate couple’s death, although he is the most veritable person throughout the play.

During the two hours traffic of said play, the two lovers, Romeo and Juliet, fall in love and eventually get married. They have to keep their relationship hidden for fear it all falling apart at the seams. By the hands of a few people and a few bad decisions, the two eventually meet their untimely demise. The characters most to blame for this outcome are Romeo, Juliet, and Friar Laurence.

The play, “Romeo and Juliet,” revolves around two feuding families. The plot of this play occurs over a span of three days. In this time, Romeo and Juliet meet. Romeo is from the Montague family and Juliet is from the Capulet family. Since they were from feuding families, they were not supposed to meet, or get along. Not only do Romeo and Juliet fall in love with each other; but they also get married, and ultimately end up killing themselves in order to be with each other. In William Shakespeare's tragedy, “Romeo and Juliet,” the impulsive decisions of the two main characters prove that young love is often irrational.
