Romeo and Juliet fell in love and got married because of Romeo, knowing that their families would not accept the relationship, and that it may fuel the feud. In fact, deaths were caused by such unwise decisions taken by Romeo. There are many examples throughout the William Shakespeare 's tragedy Romeo and Juliet that illustrate the point that Romeo 's unwise choices lead to the six deaths in the play. Romeo is feeling melancholic because he is in love with a chist. He refuses to get over the one way relationship, so his cousin Benvolio helps him think through his thoughts.
“Sin from my lips? O trespass sweetly urged! Give me my sin back (1.5.109-110).” He is saying that he wants Juliet to love him without knowing who she is.How else will they disobey his advice at all? 3rd point: They need to learn the lesson because Romeo gets into a fight with Tybalt after he killed Mercutio.Romeo loses his best friend but doesn’t think about his wife. Romeo is emotionally confused so he says, “Either thou or I, or both, must go with him (3.1.91).” Romeo just kills his wife's cousin without thinking how she would feel or what would happen.
Romeo and Juliet is a play about star-crossed lovers. Romeo is apart of a high class Montague family; their rival is the Capulet family. Romeo falls in love with the daughter of Lord Capulet. They want to get married but they know that this will not be approved between their family feud. This is why they secretly ask Friar Laurence to marry them in secret.
Two young lovers, Romeo and Juliet, are the children of two families who hate each other. They meet at a ball hosted by Juliet’s father and decide to secretly marry. Shortly after their marriage, Juliet’s hotheaded cousin Tybalt is looking for a fight against Romeo, and Romeo’s friend Mercutio, duels with him too protect Romeo’s name. Tybalt murders Mercutio and Romeo, seeking revenge, slays Tybalt and is banished from Verona for that offense. Juliet is very distraught because of this, and her parents, unaware that she is already married, arrange a wedding for her and the County Paris.
The next reason that Romeo and Juliet’s parents are responsible for their death is that the Capulet’s threw an enormous party, and let Romeo in. Lord Capulet was throwing party for all the Capulets, but Mercutio, Romeo’s friend, convinced Romeo to go with him to the Capulet’s party. Romeo decided to go to the party to try and get over his previous lover, but he ended up meeting a new one instead. Lord Capulet might not have the intention in mind of letting his daughter
Although there were many people to blame in the play Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare, Lord Capulet’s harsh decision for Juliet about her marriage makes her feel very desperate for a solution. Juliet then goes to Friar Lawrence for a plan, which resulted in her death. Therefore Friar Lawrence is to blame. One of the factors to their deaths is Father Capulet forcing Juliet to marry Paris and making harsh statements. “Hang thee, young baggage!
After Tybalt had just injured Mercutio in the battle that was not supposed to be with him, Mercutio states that wrath will be put on the families. He swore,“I am hurt/A plague a both houses! I am sped./ Is he gone and hath nothing?” (2.1.867) Tybalt never would have never been mad enough to attempt to kill Romeo, but instead Mercutio if he had not gone to the party. If Tybalt would not have killed Mercutio then Romeo would not have killed Tybalt, leading to him being banished and Juliet being distraught enough to fake her own death. To this end, Tybalt played a huge role in the death of Romeo and Juliet.
The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet The ‘’Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet’’ by Shakespeare is a play about two protagonist lovers from different families who fell in love with each other and as the play goes on they have to deal with many consequences. The most difficult conflict that they have to deal with is their family feud that has been going on for years. The family feud is worse than any other conflicts and most important the feud between two familes can ruin the relationship between Romeo and Juliet. If the Capulets and Montagues had resolved their differences, both Romeo and Juliet would have live to have a happy life. The Montagues and Capulets realize their mistakes of their ways a little too late.
Therefore, the “start-crossed” lovers’ foolish decisions lead to the tragic ending of Romeo and Juliet. The first bad decision in this play is in the beginning when Romeo was accidentally invited to the Capulets party. For their daughter Juliet to find a love. In the beginning, the Capulets servant runs around the city of Verona. The servant eventually runs into Romeo and Benvolio; who banter with him because he is running around like a mad man.
Romeo makes a lot of stupid decisions that gets Juliet killed but I only need two to get my point across. Romeo shows his impulsiveness in his relationships with women, he seems to be unable to control his emotions when it comes to love. In the beginning of the play Romeo claims that he loves Rosaline and is depressed because Rosaline doesn’t love him back. Mercutio gets Romeo to go to the Capulet Ball so that he can cheer him up by finding a new girl that can peak his interests and the moment he sees Juliet he falls into deep and
The main characters in this essay are of course Romeo and Juliet and then who is to blame, tybalt, the Friar, and then lord Capulet. The play which is set in Verona is a story about a long feud between the Montague and Capulet families. This feud causes tragic results for the main characters in the play, Romeo and Juliet. The events contrast hatred and revenge with love and a secret marriage, forcing the young star-crossed lovers to grow up quickly and die tragically in despair. Romeo and Juliet’s deaths could be blamed on three people, Tybalt, Juliet’s Father, and the Friar, because Juliet’s father was pushing an unwanted marriage, and then Tybalt he wanted to fight Romeo and he ended up getting killed, making Juliet’s parents think they
He then felt regret right after he did this, because they are now related through marriage. If Tybalt had not killed Mercutio, Romeo would not have gotten upset with Tybalt. When people found out about Tybalt being killed by Romeo, the Prince banished him from Verona. Since he gets banished it is harder for him to see Juliet, which also made it hard for the news about her being in a deep sleep to reach Romeo. These are my reasons on why Tybalt should also be to blame for the two
