William Shakespeare wrote a play named Romeo and Juliet, about two kids from rival families experiencing love at first sight and marrying each other the same day they met. Romeo and Juliet is a tragedy since Romeo and Juliet die at the end of the play. William Shakespeare’s perspective on love is that love can be dangerous and very influential because it can create clouded judgment and reckless behavior. As a result of love, the couple's judgment of their relationship and the situation they’re in is clouded. The moment Romeo and Juliet met at the party Lord Capulet hosted, they had an instant connection between them. They wanted nothing more than be with each other with no regard for what their families will think about their relationship. Which led to them getting married so soon and convincing Firar to add them. When Romeo goes to Juliet's balcony where they declare their love for each other. Romeo says “By the love that first prompts me to inquire. He lent me counsel, and I lent him eyes. I am no pilot yet wert thou as far. As that vast shore washed with the farsted sea, I would adventure for such merchandise.” (2.2.80-84) Although Juliet was glad to hear Romeo say this she didn’t pay attention to Romeo implying that he would do anything to be with her no matter how dangerous it would be and have no regard for how it might affect his friends or family. She also didn’t Comprehend that Romeo was saying that he will let love cloud his vision and let take over his actions which is exactly what happened later on in the play since he was too focused on the possibility of Juliet not being with him that he forgot to think logically instead of acting on his emotions which lead to him killing
