Romeo let the best of the relationship get to him and didn't stick up for his friend. He was hiding after a big fight with Tybalt and ended up not getting a note Juliet passed to him to tell her she faked his death. He ended up finding out from people that she was "dead" and he felt the need to kill himself just so he can be with her spiritually. It turned out she wasn't dead and she ended he life for the same reason Romeo ended his. The text conveys " Two households, both alike in dignity,/In fair Verona, where we lay our scene,/From ancient grudge break to new mutiny," (Prologue.1-3) . If the families would have just of made up for their hatred the kids could have got a long and they wouldn't of had to of snook around to be in a relationship and they wouldn't of had to fake deaths, kill themselves for each other, and they wouldn't of had that big
Romeo escalated his relationship with Juliet too quickly. When Romeo first lays eyes on Juliet he forgets all of his love for others and is drawn towards her. After knowing her for less than a day he gets Friar Lawrence to marry them, which was suggested to be bad for a relationship to move that quickly. This is often perceived as a family who is controlling and dictates a child's life, without letting them make decisions without the consent of others. Commonly, there is always another meaning to the story. On top of that, certain characters can bring out deeper more meaningful themes, and those people are often reflections of Shakespeare’s intended morals and a reflection that embodies Shakespeare as well. A theme that stands out that others may not have caught onto right away is that foolish and petty actions bring on miscommunications and irreversible outcomes. The families wanted nothing to do with each other in a way that showed pettiness and they did not realize what was happening outside of themselves, they may have had good intentions of protecting the family name but the outcome was bad.

Some people say love hurts but can it kill? In William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet two young lovers from feuding families are willing to risk everything to be together. However, their love story ends in a tragic manner with the death of both Romeo and Juliet. In Romeo and Juliet, the adults are responsible for the deaths.
To begin with love killed Romeo for many reasons. One of the reasons is they are longtime enemies who are so in love they would die for each other. For example in the text it states, " A pair of star-cross'd lovers take their life/ Whose misadventured piteous overthrows/ Doth with their death bury their parents strife. The fearful passage of their death-mark'd love."

Romeo and Juliet’s deaths are caused due to the scientific nature of love, and its ability to change someone as well as being young and reckless. Being in love can cause fully developed adults to forget who they are and what they stand for. As the author of Doc C states, “Romantic love is an obsession, it possesses you. You lose your sense of self.” (Doc C).
He also gave Juliet a remedy to fake her own death because she didn't want to marry another man. At this time, Romeo was banished from Verona and did not get an explanation as to what happened. This is shown in Document C, third note, " ." It continues to Document E, second note, " . " Without a proper explanation, Romeo has decided to poison himself.
(Rom. 1. 1) In this quote we see how Romeo expresses his love, even though he only just met Juliet that same night. With this, the couple’s secret marriage and relationship didn’t help the problem out because it made it difficult for them to talk to each other and really get to know each other before getting married. These actions are a key reason for the deaths of so many of the characters in the story. Secondly, when Romeo killed Tybalt, it set off a chain of events that lead to the death of Romeo and Juliet.
Romeo killed Tybalt because of the curse of hate. Romeo killing Tybalt lead to getting himself kicked out of the city. Since Juliet couldn't get to him, she needed a plan, which a man named Friar Lawrence hatched. He would give Juliet a potion that makes her look dead but she isn't and he would send Romeo a letter to let him know that she isn't. Unfortunately, he didn't get the letter and assumed Juliet was dead and killed himself because of it.

Later she told her parents after the party that Romeo had asked her to marry him and she said yes, her parents didn't like the fact that Romeo was from a family that they didn't like.

Hook: "What makes us do the things we do? Is it our upbringing, our environment, or is there something deeper at work? In Shakespeare's classic play, Romeo and Juliet, the characters make choices that have devastating consequences. But what drives these choices? The answer might be found in the structure of the brain.
I was reckless and stupid but it was all driven by love. I knew that if I went to go and see Juliet I could be discovered by guards more powerful than myself and I would never be able to see the light again. But I suppose it was worth the risk in the end. I watched from afar as a light turned on through the window and I couldn’t help but think that it was her. Lighting the world like the morning sun!
