The family members of the patient Patricia N. Lee 75/F located in room 524 are in a dispute over who can see the patient. Both parties have restraining orders against each other. The daughter Lynda Lee has a restraining order against the boyfriend Robert Rolon who is the significant other of her sister Christa Lee Allender. Both parties are saying they have the Power Of Attorney for the patient. The Charge Nurse Colleen Gibbon separated the parties into two different areas. On 10/22/2015 SO EMT Perez was dispatched to FC 418 regaurding a fallen female resident. SO EMT Perez knocked and announce his presence at the door and was greeted by the spouse of the resident who invited him in. The fallen resident in question was on the kitchen floor sitting upright, a Mrs. Barbara Murtishaw. Mrs. Barbara Murtishaw had fallen in her kitchen and needed a lift assist because she could not get up on her own strength. Mrs. Barbara Murtishaw stated that she was not in any pain and only wated to be lifted upright.
P alleges excessive force and false arrest. P alleges that she was in her kitchen when MOS broke her front door and entered the apartment and pushed her against the wall. P alleges that MOS handcuffed her and Noel Tartlaon, Noel Tartlaon, Jr. and Farrow Wright (non-parties). Defendant MOS Jose Peinan states that MOS were executing a search warrant obtain after confidential informant bought drugs form Jumaane, (non-party). MOS Peinan states that Jumane was arrested in the lobby and narcotics were recovered from him.

Client missed two scheduled appointments at Woodhull Hospital one for the podiatrist and the other one with the Geriatric doctor, due to client foot deformity she required onsite transportation and an escort back and forth to every doctor’s appointments. Unfortunately due to residents move out and housing tours, client transportation request was cancel.
On the indicated date and time I Deputy Garcia #618055 was assigned to staff station 620 at North County Correctional Facility (NCCF) when I heard a loud thud which is consistent with that of fighting. I saw Inmate Lopes, Juan #3456712 (later identified as suspect/victim 1 (S/V)) and Inmate Henry, Chuck #2345678 (late identified as suspect/victim 2 (S/V)) on the ground by the day room punching each other on their face and torso. I put a radio broadcast of a minor 415 inmates in dorm 623 with my county issued radio (minor 415 is a common radio code in our facility which indicates a fight is in progress or just occurred). I also requested additional personnel, Sergeant and Senior to my location. I ordered S/V1 Lopes and S/V2 Henry to stop fighting and they complied.
SC placed call to Pa and spoke with Bill Pa’s spouse who reported that doing ok. But she has come combative lately and verbal abusive. Bill spoke at length about her behavior and the impact it has on him. Bill is offended when Pa makes disparaging remarks about him and calls him out of his name. Bill reported that he believes Pa needs a medication review and a change in meds.
Cabin Number 15 One day, some construction workers decided to build a campsite for kids close to the graveyard and the fishing lake in the forest. A construction worker demanded “ the cabin that they built closest to the graveyard will be cabin number they each didn’t like. They came up with number fifteen. On 4/18/20 SC completed a monitoring telephone call with Pa. SC asked Pa how is he doing and he reported that he is doing well. The Pa reported that his knees gave out as he was walking to walk up the steps, but no injuries were reported and the Pa did seek any medical treatment. The SC asked the Pa if anyone was present and if so who, and asked if the person (if any) helped him up. The Pa reported that his girlfriends were present and she helped up.
When Paul Bieger was the lawyer for the defense he had to imply that Frank Mansion was crazy or insane because the other three defense charges could not be used in this case. But if he could imply that Frank Mansion was insane during the time when he committed the crime there was a chance that Paul Bieger could win the case. But Paul had to prove that the reason Bieger went insane during that time was because he just heard news about his wife getting raped by Quill. Frank was not able to constraint or anything other than getting payback for what Quill did. On the prosecutor side the lawyer Mitch Lodwick had to prove that during the time Mr. Mansion had time to deliberate planning, premeditation, or malice.
