1) INTRODUCTION ON THE BUSINESS ORGANIZATION For the assignment Strategic Management, BBPS4103 semester January 2015, I has been chose Roti Boy Company. Roti Boy was founded by Hiro Tan in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, Malaysia in 1998. This is the first neighbourhood bakery which is baked with fresh bread and loafs for the household. It is also suitable for the kids to bring Roti Boy to their school. The product produce by Roti Boy Company is suitable for all occasion such as for as birthday celebrations, home-makers with our best friends and so on. The name ROTIBOY is a name that suitable for a bakery for a multiracial in Malaysia. The first location of Roti Boy is located in Bukit Mertajam. However, in 2001, the owner than looking for the new and fresh direction of this company in future and decided to open its franchises at Kuala Lumpur. Its start its new outlet in Wisma Central, Jalan Ampang in January 2002. Under the food industry in Malaysia, Roti Boy Company is now an active company who sell it Signature Roti Boy Bun such as Original Roti Boy with Kaya, Mocha Boy with Mocha inside it and also Buttermilk Boy, Puff and Pastries such as Croissant, Curry Chicken Puff, Mini Chicken Croissant, Mini Croissant, Sardine Puff and also Tuna Puff, Cakes such as Apricot Cheese Cake, Blueberry Cheese Cake, Brownies cheese Cake, Butter Cake, Chocolate Butter Cake, Lemon Cheese Cake, Marble Cheese Cake, Marble Butter Cake, Mini Swiss Roll (with various flavour which is chocolate,
