1.0 Introduction Royal island resort and spa is a guest servicing resort located in Baa Atoll, owned by Qasim Ibrahim since 2001. Royal island resort is part of villa company. Apart from servicing guest, they promote the hospitality and culture of the Maldives. With 150 rooms and 343 employees, royal island resort features 150 luxury beach bungalows. Hotel facilities like front desk are available for 24 hours and Airport transfer, baby sitting and restaurant are also available. Moreover, to the guest who loves to see the beauty of coral reef a PADI driving center and to enjoy the sea, catamaran boating and jet skiing facilities are in royal island resort. There are special hotel policies for honeymooners, weddings and for birthdays like, a birthday cake and a bottle of wine on birthday celebration at royal resort .There are 2 restaurant that served buffet-styled and 4 bars with cocktails and mocktails. Royal island resort is 8.6 km from Dharavandhoo Airport and 120.1 km from Ibrahim Nasir International Airport. Every resort operated in Maldives is a competitor for royal island resort.
