On 08/25/16 at approximately 2254 hours I responded to a call for service at 11100 66th St N (Rudy’s Bar) regarding a fight between multiple subjects. Upon arrival, I made contact with one subject involved. I spoke with Kenneth Alan De Lapp who advised he was battered by a known male that leaves in his neighborhood. According to Kenneth he “had beef” with Jimmy from previous issues because he had a romantic relationship with his wife. When the two saw each other at the bar they were acting all friendly and the other subject waited till his friend came from Arizona and he struck him in the face with a closed fist. This punch took Kenneth to the ground and he got punch multiple times to the face. I spoke to the manager of Rudy’s Henry Albert
On 11/07/2017, the agent received a Law Enforcement Contact form indicating offender Joe A. Slugger was at the K&D Tap on 11/06/2017 having unauthorized contact with Sandra Williams. It was stated in the LEC form that Joe Slugger was drinking alcohol and will be referred for the charge of felony Substantial Battery by Badger Police Department after he was witnessed to hit Sandra Williams with his open right hand to Sandra William’s left side of her face and then grab Sandra Williams by the back of her head and slamming her head onto the bar counter where she was seated. Sandra Williams was observed having a visible red mark on her face and a laceration on her forehead that later required eight stitches. On 11/08/2017, the agent received a police report from Badger Police Department Officer Konkol (Case number 1-98-00456723) stating Officer Konkol and Officer Sandner were dispatched to the K&D Tap (223 W. main Street, Badger WI) where they made contact with Joe Slugger.
Wednesday, September 1st, 2016 at approximately 12:58 p.m., I Detective L. Donegain conducted a noncustodial interview of Miguel Lonnell Manchion (black male, 6/2/1976 of 1207 Southwood Drive, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28304 (910) 364-1330). The interview was conducted at the Police Administration Building. The interview was audio and video recorded and is contained in the case file. The interview was transcribed by Speak Wright and is contained in the case file. The following is a summary of Miguel Manchion’s interview: - Miguel Manchion stated Derrick Robinson aka D-Rock girlfriend Emily had a party at her place earlier in the evening.
On 03-07-16 at about 1839 hours, Officer Saunders #7720 and I responded to 610 N. Oakland Avenue #5 for a battery with great bodily injury investigation. Upon our arrival we met with Victim Raun Gibson who stated his daughter, Suspect Lanaye Gibson hit him several times across his face and bite him on his right forearm. Victim Gibson sustained two bite marks across his right forearm as a result of Suspect Gibson bitting him. I saw that Victim Gibson sustained two bite marks across his upper right forearm. Officer Saunders and I arrested Suspect Gibson for PC 243(d)-Battery with great bodily injury.
Per summons and complaint, plaintiff claims assault and false arrest. Plaintiff states that he was handcuffed, grabbed, and physically thrown through a plate glass window by defendant Sgt. Eliezer Pabon. Disposition of the criminal case is unknown at this time.
Estate of Sinthasomphone v. City of Milwaukee, 785 F.Supp. 1343 (1992) Facts of the Case: Police were called to a street intersection in Milwaukee May of 1991 to investigate the report of a beaten, naked man. Police arrived and found a young man, Sinthasomphone, beaten and naked who was unable to communicate in any way. Witnesses urged the police to investigate further as they heard Sinthasomphone’s self- proclaimed caretaker, Dahmer, call the victim different names. Dahmer was polite and claimed to know Sinthasomphone stating he often got drunk and acted like this.
James King, a twenty-three year old man, is charged with felony murder during a store robbery. The victim, store owner, Alguinaldo Nesbitt, was supposedly shot with his own gun that was purchased and licensed by him. In King’s court case, at least one witness admitted to seeing King in the store. “Bobo” Evans states that King was the one to shoot the gun in a wrestle with Nesbitt. In addition to that, Lorelle Henry, a bystander, identifies King out of a lineup and pictures.
On 5/27/2018, I was dispatched and responded to 5446 Quist Drive reference to a disturbance. Prior to arrival I was advised via radio that a 14 year old male subject was brandishing a weapon towards others. Upon arrival I met with Edward Lohr, who was standing in the driveway of the residence. Edward advised that his girlfriend’s son, Seth Hayes, was lashing out and acting violent. Edward stated that Seth has been elevating his level of violence over the past few days.
In this case, a divided married couple Charles and Tracey Thurman experienced a vicious split-up. Documents report, the first time Tracey had contact with the Torrington Police Department (TPD) (October 1982) was after her husband became violent towards Charles Thurman, Jr (son) out of the residence. Sadly, officers from the TPD refused to take Tracey's complaint resulting in the escalation of Charles violent behavior. As the violence escalated on November 09, 1982 while Tracey was sitting in her vehicle Charles approached, and started yelling threats and untimely resulting in him smashing her windshield. This was all witnessed by TPD Officer Neil Gemelli as he stood on the street watching Charles activities.
I noticed Alex had a large hematoma above his right eye, a possible orbital rupture of his left eye and a large laceration on the back of his right arm. Alex was bleeding from his nose and other lacerations on his legs and feet. When I asked Alex who did this to him, he stated that Brian Henwood. I asked Alex where it happened at and all he could tell me was down the street. While talking with Alex, I could smell a strong odor of alcohol coming from his person.
On 03/02/2017, I, Chad Agnew, was working as a patrol officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 1551 hours I was in Human Resources when I heard other officers get dispatched to Jardine Hall Room 201 for a panic alarm. I notified dispatch that I would be enroute since Human Resources in close to Jardine Hall. When I was approaching Jardine, I observed a male wearing a hat with shoulder length curly hair standing outside the front doors on the east side of Jardine. As I was entering the building, I walked past the male.
5th District Officer reported that defendant Hughes and S1 confronted C1 about past unpaid drug transactions. Defendant Hughes struck C1 about the face with a fist. S1 was kicking C1 while C1 was on the ground.
Carter Hendry Mrs.Dixon Criminal Justice III-7 23 October 2017 Kuklinski Richard Leonard Kuklinski was born on April 11, 1935 in Jersey City, New Jersey of 1935, and suffered from a tough childhood upbringing. His mother Anna Mcnally was an extremely strict catholic, and regularly hit her son for any “non religious” acts that he committed. His father, Stanley, worked on the railroads and was a deadbeat alcoholic who regularly beat his son. In Kuklinski’s interviews he often contributed his insanity and love for violence to his father. Kuklinski was not only beaten by his father but he was regularly bullied at school which led to his feelings of anger and less power.
On Tuesday 03/15/2016 1752 hours I went to Shirley Luther's residence on Patton Road (Apaloosa Acres) to talk with Shirley Luther, in reference to this case. I told Luther I was Detective Wondra with the Barton County Sheriff Office and asked if she remembered me from other cases that I have been to her house on, Luther did not understand me. I asked Luther if she understood why I was here. Luther told me she suppose on account of those guys.
On 02/08/2017, I, William Van Scoter, was working as a police officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 1520 hours I was told to interview a woman who was to believed to have been sexually assaulted. I arrived at the University Police Department's lobby and was met by a female and two males. The female was later identified as Terry Giang. Giang was going to be interview by Detective Jeff Rider
