Traits and characteristics of leaders in rural and remote health service area of Australia differ from literature described traits and characteristics. Several traits and characteristics that leaders use in urban area leadership require modification to suit rural and remote areas health services and community. Observing that particular traits and characteristics are essential to productive leadership is compulsory for different reasons. This perception fits apparently with the one that recommends that leaders are naturally different; they are people who are “out front” and “leading the way,” which supports to concentrate on other characteristics that establish them unique. People who can and will practice leadership are like a river’s current—a part past where they now stand, a part yet to come. There is a constant demand to remember and to look toward the next “generation.” An important duty of those here now, is to mentor and to establish structures for mentoring, to increase the flow and performance of tomorrow’s leaders. When recruiting Organisational leaders, the recruitment and interview procedure should seek people who in addition to technical skill, also have explained leadership in their earlier work and activities. To practice successful leadership, people should work to understand who they are, how they relate to others, and the environment around them. Leadership is a view held by different throughout the rural health community and presents a key set attributes of leadership helpful to rural health. There are different leadership programs, institutes, and courses throughout Australia; this is not a call for yet another particular entity. This research has explained the areas of principal professional growth, urban health leadership, and principal training as well as leadership training and development. The following outlines the value of the knowledge achieved from this research. With regards to training this research may add further insights into what issues and abilities must be established by new leaders, particular those working in urban populations. Leaders are normally taught a lot of leadership theory and acquire information; though this research defines the values of relationships in a leadership exercise. This research explained the value of relationships by social justice leaders to make supportive, thriving conditions for ruler communities. It is a leader’s capability to make strong relationships with ruler community. With the lines of new leadership training, this research can support the work being performed in the areas of health care leadership professional development. Present leaders who are working to refine their personal exercises can benefit from the knowledge of other leaders how they established their role and encouraged their communities. This research presents leaders with insights into what is probable to make in ruler health care
