Founded in 2010 by Bhai Surjeet Singh, the NGO enables its members to undertake services as means to spiritual advancement.
Team derives inspiration, guidance and strength from Sai Baba’s mission and message of protecting the truth of man’s inherent divinity.
With an objective to transcend all barriers, leading humanity towards the ideal of ‘fatherhood of God and brotherhood of men’. This spiritual basis enables the trust to pursue humanity as a religion and serving all men alike.

While interacting with the students of a govt. school, I asked, ‘who was the first woman chief minister of india?’ To my tter disappointment, I could not even find a single wrong guess. The only answer I got was Mrs. Indira Gandhi. These student were of class 12th.
When I visited a slum afterwards, I found some Italian photographers clicking pictures of the slum area. I called some alum children and pointed towards the foreigners and asked if they knew anything about Italy, not a single hand went up in the air saying that they knew about it. Those children were of 14-16 years age.
This led me to join the Education programme started by Sai Sena trust as they had been contributing well in this area. I primarily worked as a Computer techer to children of the age group of 10-14 years.
What I found was that the children wanted to learn all that they could, but didn’t know anything because they were never taught anything about it. I made conversations with the other volunteer teachers to find that they shared my astonishment and were very happy to see such enthusiasm.
The programme gave me a chance to do something which actually makes a difference as somewhere it has been said “padhega india, tabhi to badhega india”. Holding that statement true and sharing the belief embedded in the message I saw that there is a lot of potential in the children who are not bestowed upon the right to education. It is not a PRIVILEGE but a RIGHT and thus, it should be provided to all without any discrimination.
What I did in the programme was a very small contribution but the amount of satisfaction it gave me was very big. Whenever I saw those happy faces, ready to study more it gave me satisfaction, because in those faces I saw potential for a better India, for a better world.
The families of some children (especially girls) did not support them. They think that there is no need to educate them because of the orthodox stereotype prevailing in the society that women are born only to look after children and
