Each strategy had a lot of research and study to be done clearly and efficiently. Once we started seat our strategy and goals, mission we need to done a lot of work and a lot of reach. We start study the market tell we found out that the UBT don’t have a lot of food variety on her lady camps. We started to create many survey, to check if the student satisfied with the food offer that the UBT offered in the college, the result was the student not satisfied.
From that part we started to think of enter in the food industry. Which is providing salad in the jar. Moreover we take recommendation from some student about the idea and they where very agreed with the idea.

Our target market is our student, instructor and visitors we chose those segment because many reasons. Our project located in the UBT, which is inside the camps. The location plays a big role with any business.
UBT camps have a very interesting life cycle. That makes the need of open a food industry a very successful idea. We have many option to be cover heavy, light food, dessert, sandwiches and coffee and salad. A lot of movement and need variety. The different nationality you have, different background in one place. Make it easy to cerate a very strong segment market. That makes it easy for us to give service for every one and let them talk about us positively. And, cerate a strong marketing, with word of moth. And get involve from the college to support our business. As a college life style, which include a lot of activity, goes on. And with study of human nature, heavy meal is not recommended. Why?
