A video called Death by fire is a trial about a man named Cameron Todd Willingham. A fire started randomly on December 23, 1991, in his home in Corsicana, Texas with his three little girls inside. If I were captain Collings, I would have analyzed the issues of my own before taking any decision. Considering the job profile of the employees and their responsibilities towards the organization and society as well as my responsibility towards both the organization and for them, I would have taken few decisions. I would have supported the employees in their concern about the neatness of uniforms and haircut, but on the other hand, I would have ruled out the idea of watching television while on duty, as it may divert their attention from the job. Distributing additional uniforms to the employees can be an option, but that won’t help much, because the job demands to fight brush fires and they work in dust environment, if they are intimidated
