Children who have disabilities can benefit from positive attitudes as they are given the 'can do ‘attitude throughout their care and supervision. This means they get the opportunity to make their own choices, develop to their potential, become more independent within themselves and play a part within society rather than rely on people from a day to day basis. Positive attitudes can give people who have disabilities or difficulties positivity about themselves which will then encourage them to get on with normal day to day activates etc. so that they feel like they fit in amongst other people around them and be accepted for why they are and the difficulties that they have. It is important that people have a positive attitude when providing the correct care for children and young people who have disabilities in order to meet their specific needs and to make sure they are able to have the opportunity to learn new skills, for example this can be by learning how to do sign language if they have or know people who may have a hearing impairment.

If realizing that there might be any case that may be other than a productive therapeutic relationship, going to a supervisor or referring the case to someone with more experience with the client’s worldview is ethically essential. Moreover, further educating myself about diversity, oppressed, vulnerable, and underserved populations (Cormier et al., 2012, p. 3) will positively impact my counseling relationships. One of the objectives of social and emotional learning is to develop skills that aid in forming more positive relationships and attachments with both adults and peers. There are activities that can be done in schools, as previously mentioned, that could prepare children with these skills of interacting positively and resolve conflicts in an effective way (O'Leary, 2012). Social and emotional learning is very much associated with the idea of positive psychology. This is due to the fact that the development of social and emotional skills in children will have a positive effect on different areas in their life, like a better sense of confidence, and improvement in their learning and in their mental health. Positive psychology is the study of what

It can be easily reached by utilizing the self expression and social awareness skills. In other word, if individuals can express themselves and understand others properly, they can be capable to know others’ opinions of their performance, which can further lead to their self-improvement. As far as I am concerned, self-management, which can be accomplished by self reflection, involves two perspectives: evaluating self position and optimizing positive emotions. Based on the study of Millikin, Hom and Manz(2010), in the process of handling a group task, participants in Self Management Work Team tend to be confident about others and negotiate with others effectively. Thus, there exist sufficient evidence to conclude that self management is an important perspective of social competence for both leaders and
