Strengths: board and strong reach of geographically area with 197 offices in more than 80 countries across the world which lead to greater quality and services of products to access by wide range of customer which improved the profitability of the company in 2013; it has become of the leading manufacturer of electronics goods with developing fifth generation technology (5 G).In 2014 Samsung was ranked at 7 position in the best 100 global brands survey.

Polities’ environment refers to governmental regulations towards the companies such as the companies to deposit 50 to 60 billion KRW for the presidential election in 2002. Lee Kun-Hee, the Chairman of Samsung faced government pressure and had to quit his position in 2008 because of his false enlarge of capital. Moreover the tension and constant wars between the Samsung home group South and North Korea causes the unsustainability.
Economy states the Korean currency purchasing power rapidly increases the revenues of the company. But opening up of new markets in developing causes the shares of Samsung Company to drop drastically to unfavorable attitude of people towards the markets thus Samsung has to look for new areas.

The customers can easily change their loyalty preferences from Samsung to any other buyer such as Apple Inc., Sony Corporation, HTC, Nokia, LG Electronics Inc., and Panasonic Corporation, Motorola Solution Inc. and Blackberry without paying any additional charges cost. Example: Samsung Galaxy S5 retailing pricing is $199-$240 on contract but of contract it $550-650 and each buyers purchase of Galaxy S5 is compared to the Samsung total revenue this makes the buyers position weak however the buyer can switch to other brand and utilize a strong buying power.
Substitute is weak as there a lot of substitute products and services available in the market but they have low performance level compared to Samsung Electronics Co. Example: User can call their friends and family through the social media availability in their personal computers or laptop and even call by using their landline. They can also replace camera facility by using their digital cameras. However many users will not like this because as they were used to the advanced applications and features provided to them by the Samsung Electronics Co smartphone
