Production
Sanglé’s products will be manufactured in Marikina, known as the shoe capital of the Philippines. We have our sandals made by Fontelle’s Shoes, a small factory located in E. Santos St. Cor. Oval St., Marikina City.
Sanglé’s main facilitating elements are the information, order taking, billing, and payment. The information consists of the Sanglé’s daily operating hours, which will be from 8am-5pm, reminders such as when payments will be due will be sent through a text message along with the confirmation of order, products will be received 1-2 days after payment confirmation for Metro Manila and 2-3 days for provincial, warnings such as no cancellation of orders are posted in all social media accounts and …show more content…

Sanglé’s website will be accessible through computers, mobile phones and tablets, which makes processing online transactions simple and hassle-free. Sanglé wants its website to have less system malfunction as much as possible to provide customers a pleasing shopping experience. Furthermore, to accommodate numerous online shoppers, Sanglé wants the system program to prevent the cause of online traffic. Sanglé will be using http://www.dot.ph as its website domain. To be able to provide customers with a hassle-free online shopping, Sanglé’s website host can accommodate 5GB of mail disk space and 5GB of web disk space with a total of 10GB disk space. Sanglé’s website can also handle 15GB bandwidth or month traffic and can host 500 domains and 500 customer email accounts per month. Storage layout Sanglé’s storage and office space is located at 479 Jaboneros St. Binondo, Manila, it must be easy to access for the delivery of the product from the supplier and our team. The storage area must be appropriate in storing our sandals. It must be a temperature-controlled place to keep our sandals in their best condition. The size of the storage and office area is approximately 22.5 square meters. The storage is big enough to accommodate all our products to be stored and be able to do our daily operations.
The type of building would be mixed-used because of the various purpose and activities happening in the location. The location would be both used for storage area and office area as well. The rent cost P2,000 per month inclusive of utilities. As classified by the National Statistical Coordination Board, Retail sale of clothing, footwear and leather articles in specialized stores, Sanglé’s store location would be located in a mixed-used and e-commerce zone area.
