In reality, it all comes down to a matter of choice. We can choose to be reactive and at the mercy of a threatening world, or we can choose to be responsive & open to life and its remarkably endless possibilities. We can be defensive and protective, or we can have a new spring in our steps and spirit, have eyes that truly see, ears that really hear, and a heart that can feel the wonders, and thereby celebrate the magnificent mystery called life.
We all can make a start now, since it is never too late to do anything. Belief and confidence in ourselves will create a magical power and ability within us to start on this difficult journey, to go through it, and complete it
