All of them are related to one another. But, among all the above factors, the teacher has the most important role for efficient and quality learning. Markley (2011) stated that Good and qualified teachers are essential for efficient functioning of educational systems and for enhancing the quality of learning. A good teacher and actions to be taken on his part in the classroom play a vital role in provoking effective and efficient learning on the part of the students. Parents trust their children to be taught and educated at school, to be hoped that they will become good and qualified human beings.
Partnership between parents and schools plays a crucial role in a childs development. A positive parent-teacher relationship helps your child feel good about school and be successful in school. It demonstrates to your child that they can trust their teacher, because you do. The partnership between parents/carers and the school needs to be a two way relationship, the parents need information about what and how their child is learning, and the teacher needs important feedback from the parent about the child’s academic and social development. This positive partnership makes a child feel like the important people in his life are working together for the benefit of him/her.
The narrative “the gestures of grace” by Alison Melotti-Cormack is about what makes someone a good teacher. A good teacher is someone who loves to learn. A good teacher should be able to connect with and understand their students. A good teacher learns to welcome the student that pushes her to the limit and makes her feel like she could explode. A good teacher evolves and changes over time.

The 12 characteristics that she talks about are: passion, perserverence, willingness to take risks, pragmatism, patience, flexibility, respect, creativity, authenticity, love of learning, high energy, and sense of humor. Passion is very important when wanting to be an early childhood educator, possibly more so than anyother profession. While it is important to love what you are doing an any job, so that you want to keep doing and excelling at a job, it is very important with early childhood educating since you are working with young impressionable children, and helping to shape their learning path and outlook on life. If you don 't love working with the young children it will come across to everyone around and be very discouraging to the young children your are teaching. A love for learning is also very important when being an early childood professional.
In a fairly good size classroom, she made each of us feel like we belonged and that we were all she cared about. For many children it is important for them to have one on one contact with the teacher so the teacher can nurture them in a way that fits their needs more specifically. Mrs. Shoemaker also made each subject more interesting and exciting to learn. From her different funny voice, she would use, to the songs we would come up with as a class to memorize things, all the field trips she took us on, and class outside. From an early age I learned that learning is fun.

Alka said that she feels pleasure when she assists her children in learning a new skill and watching them finally grasp it. These skills range from simple tasks, like her children learning how to ride a bike, and tying their shoes to complicated tasks like solving an algebra equation.
