On 03/02/2017, I, Chad Agnew, was working as a patrol officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. On the 14th of November, 1994, a 15-year-old girl in Chicago missed her school bus and began walking to the subway. It was very dark outside, and the girl noticed an African-American male walking towards her. The man was wearing a black leather jacket and a hat, described as strange looking, with a snap. Moments later, the girl was punched in the eye and dragged into the porch of a nearby house. The man sexually assaulted the girl, forced her to rub dirt on her body, and he fled. In Garden City, on November 18, 1959 bloodstains were found leading to the Clutter murder case last week. These bloodstains were found on the Arkansas River bridge near the Herbert Clutter farm.
