In this modern computer and internet world we are spending too much time sitting. This is mainly affecting Office workers and students who, studies show are over five hours a day inactive and sedentary. This lifestyle can affect your health in the long term. Research has proved that the direct association of health issues is related to sitting and being sedentary during the whole day. The number of conditions related to this lifestyle is concerning and needs to be looked into. The sedentary life can affect your full body from your cardiovascular system to even your mental health.

Students must include some downtime in their schedules. Working steadily for hours can start by affecting your vision, your eyes, your head. While taking breaks just for a few minutes can refresh your mind and help you stay focused. Resting and sleeping is also very important, lack of sleep can cause a reduction in energy and can significantly affect your concentration which can lead to irritability and depression.
