Self development is a lifelong process. It’s a way for people to assess their qualities and skills, consider our aims in life and set goals in order to realise and maximise our potential. We must to identify the skills that we need to set life goals which can enhance our prospects, raise our confidence and lead to a more fulfilling and higher quality life. Plan things to make relevant, positive and effective life choices and decisions for our future to enable personal empowerment. Although early life development and early formative experiences within the family, at school, etc. that can help to shape us as adults, personal development should not stop later in life. The first and the foremost role of organization is to make employees realize the importance of self improvement. Unless and until we realize the same on our own, no amount of pressure on our would help. We need to realize how improving ourselves continuously would help us accept bigger challenges in life and also lead from the front. We should be self dependent. Why we always have to depend on our Bosses to learn new things? We must motivate ourselves to go through various relevant sites which would expose us to new technologies and softwares. In today’s scenario, internet is indeed one’s best friend. We just don’t have to go anywhere in a situation where information is just a click away. Besides that, we need to create a healthy environment at workplace where we can motivate each other to constantly upgrade
