Introduction:
I want to talk about Shaolin Kung Fu Noodle, which is a famous Chinese restaurant in Auckland. The noodle is the specialty of the restaurant and their noodle attracted lot of customers for this restaurant. Besides, other dishes are not only having good taste, but also it has enough food and reasonable price. So, this restaurant was more and more popular in Auckland and the turnover is also keep rising. And then, the first store of Shaolin Kung Fu Noodle is in Dominion Road in 2013, and follow the good business that this restaurant open up two branch in Auckland’s Queen street and Albany. However, since the recent have some issues in the Shaolin Kung Fu Noodle. I want to talk about three management theories of the company respectively

Secondly, replace guesswork methods with a scientific study of the tasks. Thirdly, workers need use the most efficient ways to work. For example, mangers need monitor their performance and provide feedback. Finally, allocate the work between managers and workers, which is convenient planning and training for them.”(Mind Tools Content Team, n.d.) So, the Shaolin Kung Fu Noodle need have one best way and make the regulation to every staffs. Shaolin Kung Fu Noodle has some negative feedback in the recently, such as some customers think why is the taste very different in the chain store. The managers could through these feedbacks and use improve the restaurant. For example, every dishes production methods must keep consistency and the managers can close check chefs whether or not as required to cook. It could make every chain store keep high level taste and every chef through training can cook good dishes for customers. For staffs the company also could through scientific management. For example, they can use a system that rewards employee for meeting the objective goals. Managers could encourage employees to achieve the goal and reward them.
