Throughout my Life and high school career I have spent many hours with teachers and coaches. I have had many experiences, but the one that stands out most to me is my former cheerleading coach and gym teacher, Ms. Traska. She coached our team with no background in cheerleading. She brought us closer as a team and being part of this team has made a difference in my life. The two years that Ms. Traska coached were the most fun, productive, and memorable years that I have been on the team.
Helen Keller was a big one, and she had admired her throughout her life (Miss America Org.). Her family, who also inspired her a lot, taught her to work hard and never give up. They strived to see Heather succeed in life and tried their best to make sure she did (Premiere Speakers). Her mother had enrolled her in dancing school in 1978 and that affected her big time (Bates). She had learned to dance by counting beats to music, which had struck a match in her desire to overcome obstacles.
She was also awarded best dressed 2008 and appeared 2 times in Vogue Magazine (source #6). In September 2007, she was awarded #58 in the most academically skilled in the Harvard 100 which was a book about valuable students once had (source #6). In 2015, she teamed up with her husband to make the "Lets Girl Learn" act to help young women to accomplish their goals and not be afraid to put themselves out there and she raised about $5 million (source #2). while being the first lady she also took care of her 2 daughters Malia and Sasha Obama (source #1). When she was the first lady she helped countless people, supported feminism, and created many acts to help not only women but also obese children and military families.

When I spend everyday practicing with a group of girls and guys the bond becomes unbreakable. She teaches me life lessons that are actually important and relevant to society. Donna is not only my mom, but she is my best friend; there is no one else that I look up to more. When I am older, I hope to take the lessons she has given me and apply them to my life even more than I already do. Donna works as a waitress. She started working about a month and a half ago; so far her experience has been okay, it could be better though.

It very precisely associates with the book “The Flip Side” by Shawn Johnson, because of the way a young girl who desires to be an Olympic gymnast dedicates herself and makes unbending sacrifices to succeed. If you ever imagined working hard for something, Charlotte(Charlie) Ryland multiplied your efforts by a million. She had a mental picture of what she wanted to accomplish and because of the determination she had, she followed it through during the book, and did everything she could even when she had to conquer some weighty hurdles.
My fourth grade teacher, Mrs. Mackey made a positive effect on my life. She was a very impactful teacher who even today I speak to often. She went above and beyond to ensure that her students were achieving in her classroom. Mrs. Mackey had a relationship with every student in her class and kept up with us through our middle school and high school years. We had such a relationship that she wrote a recommendation letter for me when I was applying for scholarships.
