Jakarta’s sun was still blazing hot even in September month; could no longer stand the heat, I decided to take refuge in one of the air conditioner cafes that spread around the city like mushrooms. Moreover, I could use some pick me up. So venturing in into one of this coffee place called Anomali Coffee, which just from a glance look over the place as I walked in, I know that coffee isn’t taken lightly here. I mean, just look at the number of local coffee beans that they offered on display, I believes they have collected all sorts of coffees from all over Indonesia here. There are coffee beans from Sumatra, Aceh, Java, Bali, Flores, and Papua, but there’s one that caught my eyes namely Kopi Luwak. Only if I inhaled deeply enough and put my nose really close to the cup, then I think I could smell a faint coffee fragrant rousing from it.
