FAST FOOD What is mean by fast food? Fast food is term given to food that is prepared and served very quickly. Nowdays, there’s a lot of fast food restaurant such as Mcdonald’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Starbucks, Burger King, Secret Recipe, Marrybrown, and etc. This fast food restaurant attract a lot of people to eat their food. It easy, and the food are served very quickly. So that’s why many people love fast food. It's hot and delicious, and sometimes, no matter how healthy you are trying to be, you just find yourself craving that juicy burger and a side of golden delicious fries. So you set aside the salad and head for the drive through to enjoy your meal, but also feeling a little guilty at the same time. This children get easily this depression is that they consumed less fruit, vegetables, and olive oil, and were likely to smoke or work more than 45 hours per week. Next is fast food can cause obesity. This is because in fast food contain large amount of fat and as fat accumulate in our body, we can gain weight. The more weight you gain, the higher risk for serious chronic illnesses u will get for example diabetes, heart disease and arthritis. And not to forget, heart attack also can lead if we take a fast food. Furthermore, by eating fast food, it can damage our liver and also our heart. We don’t even know what ingredient that fast food restaurant put in their food or drink. So that’s why we should be more carefully. Some of the ingredient is quite dangerous. For example sodium.
