Antimicrobial agent are basically critical in diminishing the worldwide weight of infectious diseases. Be that as it may, as safe pathogens create and spread, the viability of the anti-infection agents is decreased. This sort of bacterial imperviousness to the antimicrobial operators represents an intense risk to general wellbeing, and for a wide range of anti-microbials, including the significant final resort sedates, the frequencies of resistance are expanding worldwide[1],[2]. Along these lines, elective antimicrobial techniques are desperately required, and accordingly this circumstance has prompted

The variation in composition of honey samples was observed due to different types of flora. (6.56 ± 0.05) higher pH for Ziziphus honey, (45.0 ± 2.35 mg/kg) activity for Citrus, (36.8 ± 1.8%) moisture for Brassica and (32.7 ± 0.49 mg/kg) HMF for Acacia. Whereas (2.1 ± 0.04mg/kg) higher concentrations of proline and (0.38 ± 0.1%) invert sugar for Citrus honey and (16.5 ± 1.5 g/100g) protein for Acacia honey were observed. approximating wise a significant level (p < 0.05) of ash electric conductivity. Sucrose, total sugar as well as macro and micro elements were also found in these honey types. Different formulations of honey were found significant to inhibit the growth of microorganisms: Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger when compared to control group, which is an evidence that honey is a therapeutic agent being used since ancient time throughout the world. Deshpande and Kulkarni (2010) evaluated the in vitro antimicrobial activity of nine honey samples on Staphylococcus aureus obtained from wounds by using agar diffusion method. A total of 123 Staphylococcus aureus isolates along with ATCC Strains of Staphylococcus aureus were categorized as sensitive, multi drug resistant (MDR) and non-MDR strains. The results indicated that all the honey samples

If a sponge or an instrument fell on the floor it was washed and squeezed in a basin of tap water and used as if it were clean. Our silk to tie blood vessels was undisinfected.... The silk with which we sewed up all wounds was undisinfected. If there was any difficulty in threading the needle we moistened it with bacteria laden saliva, and rolled it between bacteria-infected fingers. We dressed the wounds with clean but undisinfected sheets, shirts, tablecloths, or other old soft linen rescued from the family ragbag.

Introduction It has long been said, even in biblical references (Luke 16:19-31) that dogs have somewhat of ‘special powers’ with regards to their healing abilities. (Patching, 2008) In some areas of the world dog saliva would be used as an antibacterial because it contains some similar properties to that of disinfectants, which would theoretically be able to kill harmful bacteria in wounds and aid in the process of the healing. If a dog has an open wound, the dog is likely to lick the wound in order to ensure that their saliva has direct contact with the open sore to prevent growth of bacteria that could lead to infection.
Its sweet juices running down our mouths. Maybe a bees decided it wanted to join in on the fun and a sting was the end result. Yes, bees can be dangerous to some of us who are allergic, but they have a huge impact on our everyday lives that most of us don’t even notice. Unfortunately, bees are in the decline. I propose that everyone should make an effort to save the bees because of their importance in agriculture, economics, and our everyday lives.
Hand washing or isolation of the sick persons with infections in the prevention of hospital acquired infections. 5. Bees are major factor in our environment. But recent studies show that we are to blame for the decline in the Bee populations. The main reasons are industrial agriculture (pesticides), mites and climate change. And we should care about them because they provide us with honey and beeswax, and provide a major ecosystem service in the form of pollination. Bees pollinate a lot of crops like apple, citrus, strawberry, blueberry, tomato, melon, oilseed rape, carrot, etc.
