When children are going out with their friend without adult company they can stuck in lots of bad situations and they will want help if there is no mobiles phone they will be really in a very bad situations but if there are a phone they can call their parents or they can call the police and in this situations they have a lots of options, for example they can be lost their way in a street so what to do?
