At this time Present Danger is not being identified. The household consists of the Gregory Ball (father), Mckay Ball (CV-17), and Amy Ball (mother). A report was received on 07/07/2017 concerning physical injury to Mckay. The report indicated that Gregory was taking McKay to the behavioral center as she has been running away. It was said that McKay realized that she was not taken to a friend house and asked Gregory to pull to the side of the road and ran out of the car.
The reporting party (RP) stated on 7/21/15 a probation compliance search was performed on family member Joseph Apodaca Sr. in the family child care home.
