I responded to 106 Wildridge Road in reference to a civil complaint. Upon arrival, I spoke with Mark and Anna Sanders. Both subjects advised that they paid David Sasser $350.00 dollars to build their son a bunk bed. They advised that Sasser told them that he spent all the money and didn’t buy any supplies. Mark then agreed that he would take Sasser to get the wood that he need, and pay for it.
I call to your attention that the documents sent in response to my requests are incomplete, at least in so far as the HOA Bylaws are concerned. Note that the Bylaws pdf document begins and ends with "page 3". Missing are pages 1 and 2 which undoubtedly includes HOA incorporation provisions such as officer/director positions, date and quorum for annual meeting, etc. As a long time condominium owner and board member I take issue with comments made in previous responses from Lynn Gunter and Mark Blake concerning requests for documents.

One of the first things that needs to be addressed before any policies are put into place are how are violations reported and what happens when violations are reported? Violations can be reported in various methods. A person can call a toll-free number to report the violation. The violation can be reported via email or dropped in an ethics “drop box”. The final way an ethics violation can be reported is directly to immediate supervisor, department head, human resources person or member of the compliance team.
Far from being genetic, being Indigenous is linked to a particular place. As time moves forward, many Indigenous people find themselves separated from the territories traditionally occupied by their ancestors and living in multicultural settings, thus bringing new ingredients to a contemporary Indigenous identity. (Weaver 2014:1) One’s land is a base for one’s identity. They earn their livelihood from their land.
Project 1 Assignment: Hollyhock Comparison Student’s Name Institutional Affiliation Date of Submission Introduction The Hollyhock House was designed by Frank Lloyd and is regarded as his greatest achievement in California. The 60’s in the United States, the peak in popularity of postmodernism in architecture and philosophy, are also the years that mark the construction of millions of residential houses across the United States. But as the famous American architects such as Venturi, Graves and Neutra explore the modernist ideas of simplicity and functionality while building skyscrapers and residential complexes for wealthy clients, one architect decides to experiment on his own with the concept of a modern house, and builds one for himself trying to test some of his original ideas. The Moore House built in 1962 by Charles Moore in the outskirts of sunny Orinda, California, peacefully sits on the slope of a sunlit valley surrounded by an oak forest that gives the
The large anchor stores are usually strategically located at the end points of the shopping mall. The placement of the stores are easily accessible and offer ample parking. Internally, the floor plan is tactically set up to draw the attention the consumer. The mall entrance for both stores opens up to cosmetics, perfume, shoes and ladies apparel. These areas generally account for more than 40% of the store sales.
Old World Coffee Shops “The Front Porch” by Chester McCovey brings up how front porches aren’t used for socializing anymore and sit for a use of decoration. Front porches were the main social center in a house. Front porches connected a neighborhood. Front yards were used for kids to play, now it’s just another yard to decorate. Now people are out driving, sitting indoors in air conditioning, connecting on social media.
Esperanza’s house on Mango Street is not the house she dreamed on when she lived on Loomis Street, not the kind of house her parent’s talked about, not the house she wanted. Her house on Mango Street is a small, red house with even smaller stairs leading to the door. The brick are falling out of place and to get inside, one must shove the door, swollen like Esperanza’s feet in later vignettes, open. Once inside, where you are never very far from someone else, there are small hallway stairs that lead to the only one shared bedroom and bathroom. This house is just, “For the time being,”[5] Esperanza claims, for this is nothing like the house she longs for.
Walking up to the magnificent La Pedrera building the first thing I had to see was the pillar known as the elephant's foot. This pillar is notorious and was mentioned in the reading due it occupying too much space on the sidewalk of Passeig de Gracia. During construction Gaudi was informed of this by the government and told to make modifications, but Gaudi wouldn't budge. He wrote a letter back to the government and stated that if he were to modify the pillar, he would include a mocking inscription that would be-little the government. Fortunately the government rethought their demands and the pillar wasn't changed but this small aspect of the construction process I find awesome.
Moreover, there were a few condominiums near our business location. A lot of college students and working adults are living in the condominium too. It is very convenient and easy for them to walk to our shop as it only takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk to our shop. But in the future, our goal is to locate our business to a shopping complex such as KLCC and MidValley.
