Similarities Between Eric Harris And Dylan Klebold
On April 20th, 1999, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold’s viscous rampage transformed the entire world. The two set out on a killing spree at Columbine High School, killing thirteen people and injuring twenty two. Eric and Dylan were two eighteen and seventeen year olds who attended Columbine. Eric Harris was described as the leader of the two assailants whereas Dylan Klebold was the follower. Eric’s psychotic tendencies led to the role Dylan played in the Columbine shooting. Eric was a clever young adolescent who had plenty of charm. (Cullen 8). He had many positive characteristics; however, he had a dark side to him. His careful detail is what makes Eric match someone who is psychotic. He can be put in the same category as a psychopath because of the many things Eric had done or had said. Eric wanted mankind dead and no normal person goes about saying they want a thing like that to happen. For someone to go about saying those things you can tell he had something going on in his head.
