During the planning phase of choosing which organizations and nationality individuals would best be suitable to provide the necessary information that is required, as well as, which staff members of Simply United Foundation, LLC would provide the information. There were many methods to choose how to survey, and what type of scale to used, will the information of the survey return with the right amount of information. What group should be focus on versa, useful questions to ensure the communication engage the problem, deciding who could provide the information, should I include non- community services population.
In addition, how would I uses the information, which information would be require to actually find reliable findings. After developing a list of specific questions, I had to question myself if I was being open minded or biases. Actually, I was trying to focus in on the problem, as well as finding questions that would help find a solution to the current situation of find black people that wanted to volunteer in their community, and ensure that the information found could be beneficial to use for implementing new recruiting volunteers. …show more content…

Out of the twenty-five survey emailed out, only thirteen was returned, eight was females and five was males. Ten of the returned survey participates was white, and three was black. However, in spite of the unequal in returned survey, the findings was unexpected. Most of the returned survey thought process was it depend on the culture and environment rather than race. According to the white participates there thought were more black participate than their white counterparts. This was very shocking news, because the problem affect me personally I assume it was felt that way by most people regardless of their race or
